Portico Chicken Ermington — Restaurant in Sydney

I bought a half chicken with salads, There are some small containers next to the pick up sign, I grabbed 2 and the old blond lady said to me that you need to pay 50c for each container. I told her that I thought it's free, but I am ok to pay. So I paid $1 for two containers, and provided some feedback that they should put a price tag for the container or move them inside the kitchen as it's confused. Later, after I finished the meal, there's some small paper-bags sitting there next to the containers. I learned from the experiences as this restaurant is charging for everything. So I asked if the paper bag is free for me to put the container in. The old blond lady said it's not free. I said ok, told me how much 10c, 20c or 50c? I need to buy one. She said that she needs to find out from her boss, then she never get back to me how much is a paper bag? If you want to charge your customer everything is ok, but please put a price tag or move it away inside your kitchen to stop confusing people. Btw, their food is so salty, you will drink tons of water at mid night...

Went up to this shop a purchased a burger combo meal. Asked for certain items to be removed from the burger. Got home and realised they had got the order wrong. Had to drive back to the shop to ask for it to be corrected. Two ladies that worked there started to argue amongst themselves as to who was to blame. I literally had to stop them and just ask if I could get my meal. After a few minutes a little Asian women came out and threw the burger at me. I asked if I could have new chips as well as by the time it had taken me to drive there and back to get them fix their error my chips would be cold. She refused telling me there was nothing wrong with the chips and scolded me for even asking. Very, very poor customer service - slightly overpriced store and quality very bad. Terrible customer service!! The lady at the front is disgustingly rude and arrogant. Tonight the store was completely empty, yet she didn’t even greet me or take my order for 5 minutes. She noticed me waiting to order then turned her back. She ended up saying “what did you want” with a rude and frustrated look on her face. I ended up telling her not to worry about it. As I walked out she said “good”. We have been coming here for years. But the past few times have been horrible experiences with the food and service. Get better staff. The asian man has also been extremely rude in the past. Staff there don’t know how to be nice and smile. If I could give 0 stars I would. We definitely won’t be coming back here again after...
