I originally placed an Uber Eats pick-up order, but my family decided last minute to dine in instead. I called the store, and the team was incredibly polite — they said, “Of course you can, we’ll have your order ready!”

When we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond by offering complimentary hot chips and onion rings, and they even checked in regularly to make sure our food wasn’t cold (since it was originally a pick-up order).

And it didn’t stop there — we were treated to complimentary dessert and drinks too! The dessert, churros with hot chocolate sauce, was absolutely delicious, and the vanilla & Oreo shake was 😋 perfection.

The burgers were amazing, the service was exceptional, and the genuine care from the team made the whole evening unforgettable. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Was keen to try this place. The food was super solid. I got the double smashed cheese and my wife got the broadway deluxe. We also got chips and some churros.

My burger was super nice. It was juicy but not overloaded with sauce like some burger places where the bun is sliding around like crazy and every time you pick it up it leaks sauce all over the place. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Patties were cooked perfectly. Overall really good.

The vibe wasn't the best. Granted it was a week night. It was very quiet and the lighting is a bit dim and wasn't a fan of the decor. I wouldn't want to sit and eat at the restaurant.
