Ordered pizza on a busy night and waited a good 40 minutes. I asked twice when my food would be prepared - both occasions I was informed that they will bring it to me and to please be patient.
All other customers were getting their orders with no problem. I noticed that for about 20 minutes there were two boxes just sitting on top of the oven, so I approached them a third time and asked about my meal and even suggested that those boxes may be my order.
As it appears - it WAS - they simply neglected me!
By that point the pizza inside the box was cold and I pointed out how long I had been waiting, how many times I had asked. Their reply was BRILLIANT:
"It's not that cold. We can offer it to you for half price."
Business Translation: "Let's not make a loss on the ingredients so we should sell this cold pizza to the customer at base cost."
No offer for a hot pizza replacement. No apology. Just an attempt to recover cost.
I got my refund after I demanded it, wasting 45 minutes for nothing - and never again will I visit this unorganised,...
Read moreA long time fan and a deeply loyal customer has now come to an end when i decided to investigate a green dot on my pizza slice (meatlovers), I looked more into it expecting it to be mold or something unusual when upon investigating i discovered a dead burnt up fly in my pizza and my appetite has destroyed itself. My parents both at first assumed it was just a slight bit of small burnt charcoal but upon further investigation i then realised it had little legs and wings.
There is no way to revert this and im making a review because its truly disgusting. Either way, i assume all things must come to an end it for me it was my beloved and most favourite pizza place ever up until this moment. Sorry but Pizza Inn, you have...

While asking about the size and price of pizza, I came face to face with a pretty big roach crawling within their kitchen premises and decided to walk out before hearing their responses about the pizza. Figured I'll go to another store for now.
For the interest of safety of other/future patrons, I will be putting in a report to the food safety authorities to check out the place for themselves. If they don't shape up after reading this, it's not my fault they get...
