Sabih Bros. Oriental Sweets — Restaurant in Sydney

The maamoul mad tasted horrible and they refused to give a refund. They told us we can come back and get other sweets and when we did they said that they tasted the maamoul mad and tasted fine, basically accusing us of lying. they smelt disgusting and the ghee butter was burnt. I'm so disgusted with this service and the fact that they took our money and wasted our time. We went twice and they still aren’t going to make their customers happy? I will never back returning to this sweet shop ever again and I will highly advice everyone to never come here unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected.

I recently went to this store with my mom , to buy a sweet gift ; however when I entered the store and try to decide what type we going to buy , the lady there she kept looking at us like just hurry up I don’t have time for you, then we made the order and she went to the fridge and she didn’t show us the sweet as she sealed it and put it straight away in the plastic bag, we went to the car and I checked the sweet it’s look too mess, in the same time we went back to her to exchange it and she totally refused and she was so rude, she said it’s your fault you took long time to choose, I’m very disappointed, I will never ever back returning to this shop and I will highly advise everyone to never come to this shop unless ‏you want to be disappointed and...

Very bad experience . We went to battery world and just happened to see this shop. My husband wanna buy some sweets to try. As Chinese , we want to try each of sweet we interested. But we do not know how much exactly we wanna. The younger lady there insist that we must tell her how much exactly need. My husband point three sweets and she kept asking “what else ,what else, how much exactly u need?” I can feel that she just do not wanna serve us. So I decided to leave the shop. Attention! If u r not Arabian background, do not go to this shop. If u just want to try some sweet but do not know how much pieces or kg you will buy, do not go to this shop. Worse experience ever. Never had such experience in other shop like Indian sweet and the sweet shops in Fairfield or Granville. No second...
