El Mineh Bakery Liverpool — Restaurant in Sydney

Impeccable customer service and consistently delicious manoush. We made an order via uber eats for nearly $40 worth of manoush. The external delivery driver then cancelled our order for some unknown reason when he hadn’t even arrived outside our address. We contacted Uber with no response and they sent a notification stating I had been charged for this order, that I clearly didn’t receive. I then contacted El Mineh directly to see if I was just able to pick up that same order that I had already paid for since the driver surely still had it all with him. The poor owner advised that he actually had issues similar to this before with other drivers and that it was sadly always causing issues for his own business. The owner then so kindly asked us to come to the store directly so that he could re-make the order for us free of charge since the Uber driver had not returned. I called to place an order for a small chicken and garlic pizza with 2 extras on top and instead of telling me no that’s too much for a small pizza I was spoken so rudely to by some old man on the phone saying “you want this you want that how much you want on the pizza?” And I found this very disrespectful and disgusting, I was a long time customer but won’t be coming here no more, worst customer service !!! All I wanted was a small pizza because I can’t finish a big one :( and probably wouldn’t finish the small one either :L Places like hoxton manoosh, chipping Norton manoosh lurnea pizza amazing places do not come here go those places instead !!!

Received our food uncooked and raw. It was literally oregano on soft uncooked dough, it wasn't put through the oven. I literally picked it up and it was floppy. I called the restaurant and spoke to a guy who said to bring it back after I ordered it through menulog. There is a reason why I ordered delivery!!! I have no transport. He also said he's very busy today and there's nothing he can do about my uncooked food. Disgusting customer service, this was my first time here and definitely my last.
