Chillbar — Restaurant in Sydney

No prices on food at all, no menu to take and look through, when I asked the response was rude and with attitude and quite intimidating, looked at me like I was stupid. When I asked what the prices were the male staff member rattled everything fast as if I should just know and remember again with attitude and rolling his eyes at me... I ordered a burger combo and got told ti go get a drink from the fridge, again quite rudely as if I was being a nuisance for even being there... No one else around yet it took 20 min for the burger and chips to arrive by another staff member who just about threw the plastic tray with the food on the table. No serviets, no cutlery but I got plenty of attitude from him as well!!! Yay me! Went inside to ask for serviettes, was greeted by a female staff who was also rude and just pointed behind me.... The burger was a good serving as were the chips but by golly the meat was bland and tastless. My recommendation is if you love rudeness and bad attitude and tastless food then by all means go. I will never come here again even if I was starving and no where else to go. The owners speak Italian and I'm Spanish and understand Italian.... I overheard them talking badly about customers and people Terrible terrible terrible...

Four of us went to Chill on Boxing Day for lunch. They weren't frantically busy. We placed our orders via the QR code. A short time later, one of the staff (Manager??) came out to check the orders - "We want our customers to be happy! We made some amendments to the order - eg: tomato sauce for BBQ sauce, no avocado, etc. When the meals come out, one meal was missing. My daughter went to enquire and was told brusquely by the same staff member that it wasn't on the order. So she had to order again We received it later and then were told that meal went to another computer with the drinks. We spoke to another staff member as we didn't want to be ridiculed, or spoken to as he spoke to the staff members. The meal was duplicated and we were lucky enough to heve the second meal refunded. Three of the four meals came out with incorrect ingredients - the changes requested had been ignored. Then we were waiting on one drink which hadn't arrived. We had to go inside and check on it. "Go and get one from the fridge." An unpleasant experience with just adequate food. We won't...

We stopped past here on the way back to Palm Beach. The girl serving behind the counter was friendly.However; a man, who also works there was so busy chatting to a blonde sales rep in front of the counter we could not even see the ice creams! He did not move when other customers came in, he just continued blocking the counter by standing in front of it with the sales rep. The place was not busy and he could have easily moved out of the way.We were not given a price and when we had been served as we were not given a receipt, I asked if there was any change, as they were small servings. The girl the said, "No, they are $5.00 each" The man, who was now talking to two other people. Said to them. "Now back to business" very rudely and deliberately so that we could hear him. He has a very bad attitude and is not client friendly.To be honest it wasn't even good gelato, but even if it had been, because of his arrogance we will not go there again.Not...
