My partner and I waited an hour for our breakfast to come out, two couples who came and sat down after us were served and finished before our meals came out. The waitress was rude and kept saying come have a look at our kitchen we're at capacity. Sorry, but advise your customers BEFORE they order so they can expect a long wait time, not once they've become agitated. Lady didn't even apologise just kept telling me to go see their kitchen....thanks but no thanks.

This time I asked to substitute mushrooms for churuzo (a sausage) because I'm veggo. Speaking with the owner she said she wouldn't but would omit it from my order add mushrooms and charge me for them as extras. Read moreDisappointing. The old 'Clo-deli' was a million times better. Would not even bother going back there now. It's lost its local attitude. Overpriced and trying to be 'craft' with food, drinks etc. Definitely lost its welcoming & comfort feeling. I felt children are just a hassle and if you're only having an afternoon coffee I get the vibe they want you to drink and depart (even when there's many empty tables ). Staff need a different approach. So much competition with cafes in Clovelly, I would recommend visit others...
