Crust Pizza Mortdale — Restaurant in Sydney

I'm seriously not one to complain, but I had a horrible experience tonight! I tried to call the shop a few times to confirm my order as I'd been waiting almost an hour. It took three separate calls for someone to answer the phone. I spoke to staff who were polite and offered to throw in an item due to the extensive wait time. My order arrived shortly after the phone call but they had forgotten part of the order. The driver stated he would return straight back with the missing item. An hour later he still hadn't returned, my partner called the shop this time. He spoke with the manager, Erwin (or similar), the manager continuously spoke over my partner during conversation. He offered a store credit which my partner declined and instead asked for the item to be delivered. The manager hung up on my partner. Ten minutes later the item was delivered. After tonight’s experience, despite the fact I love crust pizza I will never order from here again. 3 hours and multiple calls till it finally arrived. The driver rocked up with the wrong drink. I explained I don’t drink that and he said call the store. 4 attempts to call till someone finally answered. They offered me a full meal credit but explained I would just like a refund (as I didn’t want to go through this again). What I assume was the manager got on the phone and said yes I’ll refund your drink and ended the call. All the people that answered the call were nice and polite besides the last guy. Ordered a number of pizzas from this place and one was a custom buffalo mozzarella pizza and this was the garbage we received. I called the store and complained. They offered a replacement pizza but we didn’t want one as we had already sat down for my sons birthday dinner and asked for a refund. They said it would take 2 weeks but after 2 weeks still nothing. Crust pizzas are terrible. First and last time I order from them. Contacted the crust customer service and they said nothing they can do as it’s a franchise. Great brand management.
