Crust Pizza St Marys — Restaurant in Sydney

I had the most amazing experience with Vismay at st marys NSW store.

We ordered a pizza with no tomato but instead we received it with no rocket and large slices of tomato.

His customer service over the phone was exceptional to the point of perfection. He apologised over and over again and put me on hold to speak to the team. He then gave me 3 options on how to rectify the issue.

Once I let him know a simple remake of the pizza will suffice he then offered something else in exchange of rocket as they had issues with it this morning .

On top of that he then provided 2 small tubs of sauce for my other two pizzas as they didn’t have much on the pizza. Once my husband went to pick up the order he had a fresh pizza waiting , 2 small sauces and a drink popper for my daughter.

This individual needs to be recognised for his customer service ; as a individual who works in the service industry I would be so proud to have someone like him working alongside me.

I ordered through uber eats: It was packed neatly, packing was average. I ordered: 1x Chocolate Brownie Bites 1x Chocolate Mousse 1x Bolognese 1x Chicken Bites

I put the five cent coin there as reference for size, for me personally my bites are two pieces. Paid $6 for them.. I feel a little ripped off paying $1 a piece nearly the same size as a 5 cent coin.

The Chocolate Mousse tasted average and was different from what I was expecting. I added a picture that was advertised and what you get(when ordered on uber eats) Paid $6.

The Bolognese pasta came in a black and clear lid plastic container, the taste I think was great! Portion wise it was a pretty decent size for me. Paid $15

Chicken Bites were pretty tasty just the outer side of if was a little dry, on the plus side it was crunchy and soft, flavour was decent. Paid $10.50

Overall, it wasn't too bad. But, I don't think I'd order it again. Although, I think I'd probably go in the restaurant next time to try different items...

We had ordered a truffle beef rossini pizza a few years back and it was outstanding. The memories were so good that when we wanted a quick pizza dinner we decided to have another of those. I've given 2 stars because the service was prompt. However the pizza was disappointing . The steak was so megre we only found 3 pieces big enough to be recodnised as steak. The mushroom was exceptionally sparce and there were just 3 teeny tiny Rocket leaves on there that looked more like some stray Parsley than an actual ingredient. For the price of $26 this was totally unacceptable. I tried to enjoy it regardless but actually it really wasn't very good. I be supporting my local...
