Dai Romani — Restaurant in Sydney

A great experience!!!

I invited my parents to have a lunch at Dai Roman restaurant. The weather was so nice, we took a lot of pictures at the opposite golf. Moreover, the food here is very impressive. It is not only beautiful in appearance but also very tasty. We tried some dishes: The Shrimp Garlic: Shrimp is very fresh, soaked in the sauce of butter and garlic, served with crispy toasts. Perfect duo! The Garlic pizza with lots of cheese: The pizza base is not too thick and very crispy but soft when absorbing the garlic sauce and cheese. The kids really enjoyed to make cheese longer and longer. The T bone steak with mushroom sauce: The sauce is especially delicious with aromatic and greasy taste. The piece of steak inside the sauce is perfect. The dessert with ice cream in a lemon: Creamy lemon flavor is very smooth. I tried 1 spoon and I really want to eat another one immediately. Really delicious food. I’m finding it hard to trying to get through the menu, because I always want to order the Danny’s Special pizza! The bruschetta with bocconcini and anchovy is incredible. The gnocchi is handmade, and absolutely delicious.

It’s inside the clubhouse of the Marrickville Golf Club, so the atmosphere is very casual and welcoming. You get your own drinks at the bar, but there’s table service for the restaurant. Best of both worlds.

Lots of parking, the staff are always very friendly, and I always have to take my leftovers home because I can’t finish everything....

Highly recommend Dai Romani. Have tried multiple dishes from here and all have been excellent. Highlights for me are the Chicken Parmigiana, Calamari, Pizza and salad but their prawns and seafood pasta and all pasta in general is amazing too. Everything is always fresh and full of flavour and staff are lovely with exceptional service.
