I went here about 2 weeks ago and had really good expectations from the place. I went with a group of 10 friends and everyone ordered their book approximately at 11 pm. We ordered our food in two parts as the second half of our group was running late. I was in the first half and had ordered a Chicken Achari Handi. Everyone’s food arrived by 11:30 and they all began eating. I kept on asking when my food will be ready and they kept telling me 5 more minutes! 5 more minutes! He kept on telling me the same thing and also brought out my naan which I had ordered with the Handi at around 12 am midnight! Everyone finished the food and he brought out my food at 1am! He didnt even feel the need to apologise or offer something instead as I got angry and told him that the bread has been sitting there for an hour and needed to be heated or replaced. He just took it back to the kitchen and heated it up again making it become into rock! The food was really good and I will not conplain about that but I was very very disappointed with the service as my whole group received their food on time , INFACT someone from my group ordered a Chicken Handi too and they received theirs on time and I had not !

Really poor service they have . I will not stop people from going here to eat as good is tasty and prices are good but I wanted to share my disappointment as that was something that I never experienced to this extreme of waiting approximately 2 hours...

Service 1/10 Taste 5/10 Cleanliness 3/10

Went there for dinner, it was around 8 pm, no other customers were there. We asked if we can sit outside, they said one table is reserved you can sit on other table. We had to arrange the table by joining two tables together, got the menu picked up from inside Ordered at the counter. By that time another family came, they were through some reference. Water was offered to them, order was taken at the table. They got there first dish before us. Finally we got our first dish after some wait like half an hour. No one offered us water or tissue paper or no one asked if we want anything. We had to ask for cutlery and plates. We went inside and asked for tissue. Then we went inside to get water. Finally our second incomplete order came. It was mixed platter, they were supposed to bring salad with that as requested at the time of order. We asked for salad, the person said he will bring it. Salad came after 15 minutes or so when we finished of food we went inside to ask for water we were told to wait outside and someone will bring water we waited for sometime ultimately we had to leave as nobody was there to take care of us on the way back I called them to give them a review saying that they should improve their customer service as this was lacking food was not bad but service was not good. They said that's ok maybe next time. No apologies or...

Cleanliness (3/5) Need a good cleaning here, unfortunately we have seen in most of the desi takeaways something which is lacking, the floor was sticky with some oil spilling and the inner kitchen of the restaurant presented a darker side with so much food left overs on floor. Taste (3/5) We ordered parathas with chai, chai was lacking the sharpness of the tea, parathas were the only thing that stood out, malai boti paratha roll was eatable mostly because paratha was good but the filling was just ordinary with lots of tamarind sauce. Lahori chanay was no where near the ones in the menu picture or even to be called such, still cant name the taste what was it..... Service (2/5) Service was the worst part, for above order we had to wait 45 mins, which was a lot, felt sorry for the single guy taking orders, preparing food, so we knew he cant be good at making food, cleaning the place and greet someone with a smile :) the guy was seriously under the pump. In the end, we realized, we were charged for a pizza omelette we ordered but was not part of our takeaway :) Over all we were very disappointed as we expected more from a good location Desi takeaway shop. If the owner is serious, he has a good location, he needs to up...

Looks like it is going to be one of the favourite desi food restaurant!! We have been here twice and tried the following: Tikka Roll - we just loved the taste and the generously big size! Though the filling has gone less than before but still worth it. Just request them to add imly chutney more while making. Overall 10/10 Malai boti Roll - its good; however since I am a spicy food fan, bit bland for me. Overall, keeping in mind the malai boti taste, its 9/10 for us Anda Shami Burger: First time round it was a longer bun and this time it was in a round bun. Not sure what will the final product be like, however, its again nice and filling. Just wish they could fetch that ‘gandi wali ketchup ka taste’ 🤩 not being biased but its again 10/10 Gajar ka halwa: do not recommend it since it literally was bland and needed more sweetness. 5/10 Kheer: Again... they are not good with desserts yet, it lacked sugar! 5/10 The kheer was complimentary as they forgot an item from our order and we had to wait. Nice and friendly staff. Picture quality not too good as we ate in car being Covid-Safe 😄

It may look like your average neighborhood food joint, but Desi fusion is anything but! I wandered in with my husband & son on sun afternoon, and was immediately greeted by the incredible aroma of paratha rolls. The cafe was quiet(it was almost 12:30 pm) as it just opened but staff quickly set a table outside. it was rainy and windy but perfect weather to indulge in desi nashta on lazy sundays. We ordered the Anda shami burger, Malai boti paratha roll and fries to share. The Malai boti paratha was little bomb of buttery, yeasty goodness, and the garlic was robust but not overpowering.. The bun was crisp, flavourful, and fresh. The stuffing worked together beautifully. The shami was packed with flavour, and had very little oil but the only flavour missing was Ketchup which is typical of street style Anda shami burgers 🍔 When our Tandoori char arrived, our expectations continued to exceed. The tea was well cooked and served in beautiful ethnic red clay pots. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.
