Food is of okay quality. Stingy in the serving sizes. Come here often to order take away for the office. Which is why I can't exactly give only 1 star. This time popped in for a quick lunch with my partner and our 1 year old while we waited to meet people and there was no family meal on the menu for eat in so just ordered a take away family meal. We added drinks and bread and tabouli. I grabbed some serviettes we were just going to eat over the chicken packaging. I seen some small plates and thought oh this will help until someone almost smacked them out of my hand. They kept saying we will bring them out. What's your table number although we didn't have one. I picked up out order and we started unpacking it. And a worker told us to leave and we couldn't eat here. I explained we wanted to have desert after and just quickly wanted to eat and he said we had to leave. I offered to buy a coffee so we could stay and eat and they refused it.

So instead of packing up we made ourselves very comfortable and ate as long as we wanted. No one approached us again. We then packed up, cleaned up and left our rubbish in a bag as there were no bins.

I can't seem to understand a good reason for having different prices for eat in and take away. As explained by the person telling us to leave. If we order from your venue we should also be entitled to eat there. Even if we wanted to purchase desert.

Unfortunately this bad experience makes it that much easier to go to ElJannah where prices are the same if not cheaper for more food and you don't get spoken...

If there were a negative way to rate, I would not hesitate to give it. I am a regular customer of El Jannah, which is the best, but I wanted to try this restaurant as well. I ordered food via its app and waited for half an hour but didn't get any order confirmation. At this point, although my bank card showed I was charged for the order, I suspected if my order actually went through. So, I attempted placing a second order. Again no confirmation or anything received. After 45 minutes I placed an order with El Jannah and immediately received confirmation, so I headed out to pick it up. After I picked up my order from El Jannah I received an email from this restaurant saying something along the line of thank you for ordering with us and asking for feedback. When I called its phone number on google, someone picked up and said they were not dealing with online order and refund, but taking order over the phone or something. They added that I need to communicate with the restaurant vai the app. The app this restaurant has is literally dysfunctional as it does not offer any interactive way to communicate with this restaurant. The only option I could find was a feedback, which I used a number of times sending my message about my order. I have never received any response, and I paid for 2 orders which I never received. The worst experience ever. I don't usually write a review, but I'm writing this after some months the incident because I feel scammed and can never forget this...
