Domino's Pizza Cremorne — Restaurant in Sydney

I am giving 1 star because I'm shocked at what has been delivered to me not once, but now twice. I can't eat dairy so when I do eat pizza, I eat it with out the cheese. I ordered the spicy veg trio without the cheese and added some pineapple. Okay, I understand it's cheese-less pizza and that's weird to some people, but to me it is fabulous. Well, usually fabulous. See, you add more toppings and voila...

Please tell me how it's fair that I remove cheese and get like 10 bits of spinach and some veg that hardly even covers a quarter of the pizza let alone the whole thing? If I've removed cheese why couldn't you have added enough toppings to cover more of the base? It was basically just the base and some sauce. I ate it because I was starving and it was probably one of the worst tasting pizzas I have ever had in my whole life. I'm 30. I've eaten a lot of pizza in 30 years. I would give a minus rating of 100 if I could but I can only choose from 1 to 5.

I paid $2 extra to remove and add an item and honestly, how hard is that? Pineapple is easier to add than cheese. Pineapple costs less too I'm sure. You use the canned stuff (I would presume)? So you don't have any manual labour other than opening the container and putting it on the pizza? I am pretty sure in Coles a can of pineapple is like, less than $2. I just checked and can confirm a tin of pineapple is $1.32... I am sure you get my drift. The pizza last time was worse in terms of how many ingredients were applied, once again ate it because I was starving but really??? What did I pay for both times? I really hope this can be rectified because it's just not okay.

I suppose my advice to anyone out there who wishes to order something similar.. don't unless you call them and specify you'd like some actual value...

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!! I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional and rude food service worker anywhere in the world. After I received 3 incorrect pizzas in my order, i rang them to have the issue corrected. The manager first told me that I was wrong, then after conceding that i was in fact correct he still refused to take the pizzas back and refund me for them. He said he would only refund me for the 1 ingredient that the pizzas where missing?? Then when I asked his name so I could talk to his head office, he behaved like a 5 year old and gave me an obviously fake name (something like Gugugugugugugugugu) but he refused to spell it for me. Then he admitted it was a fake name but refused to give me his real name. He then LITERALLY PRETENDED HE COULDN'T HEAR ME.. Only after I called back twice and demonstrated that the line was totally fine he admitted he could hear me and spoke to me again! (I truly wish I was exaggerating but this is exactly what just happened!! it's like trying to deal with a spoilt 3 y.o child!!) Then he tried to tell me because my wife had 1 piece of pizza he couldn't take the 3 pizzas back as eating 1 piece meant we thought the order was correct??!! So I said "fine just refund the 2 other pizzas" but he still won't correct the error in my order or take the pizzas back for a refund. I have now paid for 3 pizzas that I don't want and am getting nothing but insults and bizarre childlike behaviour from the manager of this store.. i'm left completely astonished and amazed! What on earth am I meant to do at...

Both pizzas were made poorly, hardly any ingredients, it was sliced poorly as well to the point could not share the pizzas with others without making a mess. Rang the store as we were already at the beach and asked to speak to the manager to make a complaint politely and to the point, short story the manager said He can’t help me unless I gave him my phone number to check if I’m a regular customer, I refused to share the number even though I have purchased pizzas there and other dominos in the Northshore, everyone should be treated equally and it shouldn’t matter if you are a regular or not, everyone who pays should get what they pay for and not get low quality poorly made pizzas. The manager hanged up on me on the first call then I called back and he hanged up on me again when I ask simply for his name. A post to make others aware of this unacceptable poor quality service and pizzas. Outcome pizzas are In the bin and they just lost a few customers. 0...
