Domino's Pizza Kingswood — Restaurant in Sydney

If I could negative stars I would!!!! Absolutely appalling service. I ordered off the app, watched as it was being made etc and had the delivery time as 6:30pm. At 6:45 the delivery still hadn’t come, I called the store, no answer, I called again no answer. Now I live about 120meters from the store, but chose to have delivery so I wouldn’t have to drag my son out in the cold. 7 calls later, still no answer, and the order was no longer on the app. So just after 7 I get in the car and drive to the store, as soon as I pulled out of my driveway, I get a call from a kid asking where I actually live cause he is confused, no name, no introduction or anything. So I tell him to just take it back to the store, cause I’m on my way there now. I get to dominos and explain the situation, the lady behind the counter looks confused, and then asks if I have actually received the order. I explain I haven’t got the order yet, and that’s why I’m there. Just then, a young punk with longer hair, NO UNIFORM, storms through the side door, (meanwhile there are another 3 customers standing at the counter with me), turns his back to everyone at the counter, and starts talking to the guy cutting and boxing the pizzas. The attitude and the volume he was speaking, everyone could hear everything he was saying, he with the loudest most obnoxious attitude then says”so I called him, and he stole me to just bring it back to the store”. The girl at the counter asked him where the order was, and he says while combing his hand through his hair, yeah, it’s over there, walks over to the side counter, and slams keys on the bench before walking out. The girl bought over the order and apologised, I then asked why they weren’t answering their phone and was just told, sorry we’re busy. Absolutely...

Had to go into the store due to a re-occuring problem, granted he gave us 3 free cans of coke, remade our order for free and let us keep the pizzas.

The problem is since the change of management at the kingswood store over a year ago the place has been atrocious, pizzas come incorrectly made, toppings are 1/5th of the pizza compared to other dominoes and to the dominoes standard, sauces weren't on the pizzas, and it was missing the extra toppings we bought... we've had enough of this and are willing to get to fair trading and or dominoes headquarters just to get these people out of business, they have just screwed us over many times and try to play it off as nothing, we heard from one of the other drivers (who i might add, said "we've had 70 complaints in the past 3 months from people but the owners of the store told us we had to do this"

Please contact me otherwise i'm going to have to do something about this matter and escalate it further in the past year we've spent over 2-3k on pizza and got litterally nothing out of it.

Main gripes are Toppings missing Sauces missing Rude manager who insists the pizza is not wrong 1 staff in the store making the pizzas 1-2drivers in store delivering the pizzas Drivers short changing us and or not giving us the full order Pizza bases smaller then the usual dominoes standard size, in some cases the pizza was like a small pizza hut pizza? Surely you don't want...

Many years ago this was an award winning restaurant, but is no longer fit to be in business. The pizzas were substantially smaller than any store in the franchise. Of the all New York range pizzas in a recent order, none were the same size. There were hardly any toppings and the pizzas were bare 2 inches from the crust. When the complaint was made, the man who made the pizzas said his name was Cash and was very rude and abrasive. He tried his best to convince me the pizzas with 2" differences were the same size.
