Domino's Pizza Mount Pritchard — Restaurant in Sydney

Tonight 7th July 2020 I Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides to be delivered. Have ordered many times before. I confirmed the order on phone. After 30 minutes I had not heard any person knocking on the door so was going to ring them but wife said they must be busy. I then waited another 30 minutes and no call or knock on door so called them. They said pizza man had come and knocked on the door many times and called me on mobile. This is all lies as I was eagerly waiting and listening for a call. I said if pizza wasnt here in 15 mins to cancel the order and refund my money. They hung up the phone on me. Bad customer service. I then went to my door and found the order outside in the cold! All the pizzas were cold! I tried heating them in the microwave but they tasted horrible. I will never order another Pizza from Dominoes Pritchard and I am writing reviews which I will publish on Facebook and all they others like hotel.com. A company that treats its custoners with such disdain does not deserve mine or any other persons business...

We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 lavacakes, a cheesy garlic bread, a chicken value box and a 1.25l solo, what we received from them was 1 pizza, two lavacakes which one of them was completely smashed, a normal garlic bread and our bottle of solo, we asked the driver if they had our other items and his reply was were busy and that they had run out, so we proceeded to call them up about it, and the store worker said that they had everything to make them and that he had apparently put them in the delivery bag yet did not, he was very rude and arrogant towards us and would speak over us, not to mention the fact that he kept saying we definitely got everything when we hadn't, he told his staff to make the missing items, yet was very rude and proceeded to hang up on my fiance as he was still speaking to them. This isn't the first time we have had something go wrong with them but just let it slide until tonight when we were spoken to the way we were. We will definitely not be ordering...

put an order online for take away today, came to the shop at Mount Pritchard to pick it up, the order cost me $11.00 they gave me the wrong one which only worth $7.00 still the guy there (probably the manager) argued that is what I ordered and tried to refuse to give me the correct one, kept saying that is what I ordered. He's the professional in the business can't he tell the difference of an $7.00 and $11.00 order? Until I took out my phone to show him the different he then fix it up for me, late for more than 15 minutes to pick up my granddaughter from school. Very disappointed for the service from them. Just wondering the owner of this shop trying to rip me off? Has he done it before? To the others? Lucky that I opened the box to check before I walked out 😩😩😩 otherwise no way I can prove it Never order anything from this shop again, of course they will not give a damp but hopefully more people will give them a flick, this shop is just like a cockroach in...
