WORST SERVICE EVER, BAD FOOD QUALITY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, never going back there

We ordered Dominos pizza from north ryde store at 6:45pm ish today 26th October and it was delivered at 8:07pm ish, we called them twice in the middle. The delivery guy “Peter” called us, we went down only to realise he went to the wrong building. We waited in cold and rain, FINALLY WE RECEIVED PIZZA WITH BACON whereas that’s the only thing we separately mentioned to take out as we don’t eat bacon.
Furious and hungry, we returned the pizza, asked for the manager’s number and called him for another pizza and some compensation as any other stores would do, but the guy apparently manager of NORTH RYDE STORE CHARLES (who later said he was not the manager and refused to give the managers number) misbehaved with us, did not even bother to say sorry, said he can only send another pizza in 30-40 mins which would be 9pm where we ordered at 645pm ish. He was so so so rude, Angry and upset with his behavior, we asked for a refund (don’t even know if we will get it).
We then looked up into Crust pizza, we ordered peri peri chicken pizza and herb and garlic squares. The absolutely scrumptious items were delivered within 25 minutes of order.The delivery person Michael was so nice and well behaved, he was sooooo polite, very impressed.
Reason for the whole story is to tell the difference between not only the food but the customer service. Last time i ordered Garlic prawn from north ryde store, it was dry with no sauce, we gave thin crust but they did not give, i did not bother to give any reviews then but today’s behaviour was absolutely unacceptable.

Read moreThe staff are rude and impolite, and the customer service is absolutely atrocious at the North Ryde store. A recent incident will tell you a lot about the service - we ordered a few pizzas and a drink and paid for the order to be delivered to our house, however the driver calls us and asks us to come outside in the rain and pick up the food from a roundabout that is 400 metres away from our house. When I informed the driver that we paid for the order and delivery, and the expectation is for the order to be delivered to our house, the driver disconnected the call and drove off. I called the North Ryde store to request a reason why the driver wouldn’t deliver my order;especially, when I paid for the delivery, North Ryde store staff responds, we couldn’t find parking, so unable to deliver, hence the driver drove off with the order. Post numerous discussions over several calls with the North Ryde Store staff, the driver arrives back at our location with the order, but he had dropped the pizza boxes and drink in mud prior to delivering it. We called up the store to discuss the issue and the store suggested not to order pizzas from them in the future if we weren’t happy with the order. How can we be happy?! You asked us to come pick our order up in the rain, a few hundred metres away from the house, then you drive away with order and provides us with the boxes and a drink coated in mud. This...
Read moreI give a bad review as this Domino's shop does not honour its slogan on its boxes. " If not satisfied we will replace item or give a refund". I ordered 2 large Pizzas and there was hardly any toppings. The garlic prawn large Pizza had 5 small prawns on it. Not even enough for 1 prawn per slice. Both pizzas were just warm on delivery. I was offered ,without choice, one traditional pizza. I turned it down asking for a total refund as these $25 were a total RIP OFF. NO MORE ORDERS FROM ME. NO wonder Domino's pizzas share price is falling dramatically with this kind of order
PS. There is not enough characters allowed to finish making a complaint. I tried twice to finish what I was saying. ON sending a message came up ," ONLY ONE COMMENT ALLOWED PER OFFER". I have still not had any more replies from the Cox's Rd North Ryde shop despite 3 complaints Dave

It has now been 3 days without any answers or contact from Management to my requests over the lack of fillings to 2 large premium pizza's costing , $ 25 each. This just shows that the management of Cox"s road Domino's don't really care about customer support I WILL NEVER USE THIS...
