Donut King Narellan Town Centre — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered the “box” of 6 for $10.63. All came in a small paper bag and donuts were obviously about to fall through the oily bag. I asked if I could get a plastic bag to which she replied “BAG COST EXTRA!”.

I then asked for another paper bag to double bag it. She sighs and instead of bagging it for me or even handing it to me, she popped it on the counter and walked away.

Advertised “box” (see photo) and paid for the box but throws it in a paper bag like it was a freebie and then has the audacity to tell me a plastic bag will be $$.

Stingy, lazy, NASTY...

Always a very thick thickshake available at Donut King! Lime all the way. Never been disappointed with Donut King's thickshake - they do it well. Their donuts are always a nice treat too, just gotta make sure you get in early when they're fresh as they have less choice in the afternoon! They also say Donut King won an award for best coffee shop, but I haven't tried their coffee to...

The coffee and the donuts were spot on But unfortunately the customer service is bad There was a young man there who’s service was good but the girl was pretty dry and looked like she was ready to fight me 😂

If the customer service was better you’d have 5 stars from me based...
