Worst customer service ever. I was a regular customer but never again like honestly. I order a bunch a pizzas for a second event on Sunday the 6th of December. As I was running really late I tried to call Pizza Hut Narellan to change my order time and the line was BUSY..Tried to call from another phone same story, they were BUSY.
I called a lot of times on another number which I believe it was the Pizza Hit Gladstone number 131166. After waiting half an hour for someone to pick up the phone finally a sleepy and not very friendly guy which was barely talking told me "yeah no worries I will change the time for you". After calling a second time the same guy told me "yeah I can change it again for you" I was so happy that I woll not have to rush. After the event Pizza Hut Narellan called me telling that my pizza was waiting on their shelves for hours. There was no communication and respect for a customer what's so ever and whn the guy on the phone asked me why didn't I called them directly I told him "do you want me to teleported myself? as your phone line was busy".
Beside that I had to pay the Sunday surcharge, pay for pizzas that were already dry and also ordering a Gluten Free Pizza which WAS NOT marked on the box as GF so my guest couldn't have any slice. Pathetic.
Pizza Hut, your pizza taste alright but your employees are not good at communicating with customers. Still not sure what happened with the sleepy guy on the phone, clearly Pizza Hut Narellan never received his...

Look, it's fast food pizza. You know you're not going to get a gourmet experience. But they do offer a better menu than the competition and generally at better prices. Definite props for being able to change the tomato sauce to an alfredo sauce if you're not a huge tomato fan like I am. Also there's a chicken pizza which ISN'T on the premium menu, which is nice to see.
Main problems I have with the pizza are the same as the competition: a lot of the time they stop putting toppings on about an inch from edge, giving you a huge boring crust, and that they couldn't cut a pizza into even slices if their life depended on it.
The staff are a lot nicer and happy to deal with problems than at the local Domino's, although "problems" have only come up once and it was their computer system to blame, and they fixed it ASAP. As opposed to the other place, where it's nearly impossible to contact them (unless you're ordering) and they just fob off any complaint with a coupon for a free pizza...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and garlic bread online and was given a time of 40 mins for delivery, I called after the time elasped and asked the ETA.. was told pizza wasn't even sent yet and the shift manager (Jesse)claimed the email (sent by pizza hut) was incorrect and the pizza hut system is incorrect and needs an update, when I asked why the pizza wasn't even sent Jesse said well we had a lunch rush...
at 4pm!! I requested to cancel the pizza as it was already well over the time and was told refunds aren't company policy!! Really... no refunds.. so I asked to speak to the store manager, was told they weren't in and if I had a complaint to forward it to Pizza Hut directly. Well I did. I have to say I havent been spoken to by a so called manager like that before!
The amount of disrespectful and lack of care for the customer as the pizza being late and to top it off it arrived cold. Jesse offered no apology and smugly said have a fantastic day. I will not be using this store again until this disrespectful "manager" is removed.
