I've had a La Pavoni Europiccola for some years now and I love doing the maintenance myself, but I couldn't keep this beautiful machine running without the spare parts and great advice from Euroespresso. One phone call and the parts are in the mail, carefully packed, beautiful.

Sometimes it seems as though customer service is a dying art, but then you visit a small business like Euroespresso and find that for some businesses customer service IS their business. I've been a customer of Euroespresso for over 20 years, during which time they've serviced my La Pavoni coffee machine regularly for new seals etc. Now that I'm no longer in Sydney it's a bit more difficult to get there and pick the machine up a few days later, but for my latest service they went out of their way to get the service done and fit with my travel schedule. A delightful small cafe. The aroma and taste of scintillating coffee is heavenly. No loud music necessary, as the affable staff and cosy atmosphere fills the ambience. Their coffee machines are fantastic. All mechanical, so no chemicals required to wash unnecessary electronic pipes.
