Flipp Burgers — Restaurant in Sydney

Since re opening its just a disaster. The staff are not trained and every time I go a new person is there. I bought a burger meal and there wasn't much in it. One piece of lettuce and the thinnest breast fillet and sauce maybe half a teaspoon if you're lucky. We always buy chips and we ask for family which they charge at $2 more. Today I went and the guy couldn't sell me family chips because he didn't know how to enter it. The chip's are usually made on the spot but these were cold. Last week the guy put half a gallon of salt we couldn't eat them. There were 3 people behind the counter and we waited 20 minutes for chips. Before it shut down there was one brilliant guy working solo and the service was faster. They need some guidelines as they stood there eating chocolate whilst i waited 20 minutes for fries. I keep returning but i think today was my last time. Also if you're behind the counter learn basic maths because the chips were $5.50 and instead of giving me $4.50 change he gave me $5.50. I SAW them by my eyes (They are serving Ingham 🔥 Haram 🔥 chicken 🐔 and frying it with the chips, which means Najis all over ) and when I asked one of the workers there they told me Its muslim owner and praying the mosque ... Sorry Mr. Owner 😔 your pray is between you and Allah subhanah wa taala and our food is our duty ....

Update: to owner message ... Halal certificate doesn't mean you sell halal Food .... I TOLD YOU I saw by my eyes Ingham Najis Haram Chicken 🐔 getting fried and sold to Mulsim females ...

Love the burgers. No BS or fancy stuff, just simple classic delicious burgers with a generous serving of chips, all in an affordable prices. I recommend this place and would always choose them over maccas, HJ, or other burgers fast food joints.

The only issue is over the last few months, they have been closed without any notice and recently, I noticed that they were open again, but the next day they were closed, again. Very inconsistent, and the disappointing part was there was no announcement whatsoever on their official platform; website, social media, etc. Not even a notice in front of their shop to notify their customers of the closure. I hope they can improve the communications...
