First trip visit to Chester Hill Hotel -

✅ - there were plenty of car parking, pretty much majority were occupied. 🚙 ✅ - entered via back entrance, easy to access.🅿️ ✅ • the food bistro outlet were busy with many diners.🥘🍹 ✅ - family and children friendly. 🚸🍼 ✅ - tables were clean and chairs were tidy.🪑 5 stars

🏆I had a very friendly welcomed approach by one of the worker names Rad (staff), ✅ extremely friendly, made my visit very comfortable which lasted a little longer then expected. 🥇the quality of service was top notch, 🥇offered complimentary snacks and drinks 🥃🍪 🥇 ensured that all patrons was prompted with professional quality of care. 5 stars

✅ • Bar and Gaming room - well presented ✅ - neat and tidy ✅ - no mess, spills or glasswares ✅ - all rubblishes were dealt with quickly ✅ - staff followed OH&S Covid Health & Satety Protocols (machines were sprayed and wiped after the use) 5 stars

Overall, the trip was definitely a memorable one! Will take family to visit next available occasion. 👌🏻

Have stayed here once last year, and a couple of times this month (Sept) to go and watch Parramatta Eels play.||||Have booked the Queen studio in all my visits and had different rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and easy going. Rooms were very clean and tidy. ||Mini Fridges worked well (two bottles of water were always in the fridge at each of my stays). Air cons worked well (though one was a little noisy, which didnt worry me).||Beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep.||||The rooms are seperate from the hotel. Though you check in at the hotel bar. Can check in online when an email comes through 24hrs before the stay for a quicker check in.||||Train and bus transport at the door basically (within 2min walk). Took me only about 30-35min by bus to get to Parra for the football||||Lot of food options available within 100 metres and onsite, and a Woolies about 5min away if you need any...

Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel.
