Mariner Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sydney

0226 pm rang to the shop to place an order. Order was one family size Peri Peri chicken pizza, one bbq chicken pizza with extra capsicum and one large chips. I let the person know that I will be there in 10 mins and she replied it will take 15 mins. After some time I went to the shop informed about the order and said I would like to pay for the order while I am waiting for the order to be ready. Again the girl at counter informed me another five mins food will be ready. I believed this is the girl who took my order over the phone. Problem is that it was mistake with bbq chicken pizza with extra capsicum order. Pizza was in the oven until that girl checked by mistake they put something else instead of the extra capsicum. Mistake happened. But the problem is that girl didn't let me know that they put the order again with extra capsicum in the oven. When I asked her she replied to me that she informed me at first when I was paying that It will another five mins. I told her yes she said to me another five mins but when they made mistake with my order and do the order again didn't informed me. If they let me know then probably I change the order to the deal number 4. I also add a 1.25 ltr sprite and can of sprite. Anyway need more coaching and support for customer service and girl wasn't rude and smily face. Food was nice and...

Best Pizza my family has tasted. The reason for my rating: It's Ramadan, you are open 3 to 5 pm. My son, 7 years, has been fasting and he requested me to get his favourite Zaatar from you for his Iftaar today.

I had driven for around 45 mins, my son along with me. I entered the shop at around 4:10 pm, and you simply rejected taking my order. You asked me to phone the next time. I didn't argue as I understood you were overloaded with orders.

It's Ramadan, I explained my son was fasting and it was his wish to have Zaatar for Iftaar. You didn't turn me away, you turned away a 7 year old boy. It's Ramadan brothers, and you turned him away. He's at home now, and heartbroken. Thank you brothers of Mariner's Pizzeria.

Absolutely awsome food , amazing staff , felt like family , the owner is an amazing person , the older lady is amazing to me and my wife and children , got a pizza every morning from them till we moved from the area , most other shops there make you feel uncomfortable for being white but these guys made us feel like family , my daily suguk pizza with vegetables was and is the best i have ever had.(super priced as well)...these guys get 6 stars out of 5 (if that's possible) and i will abnormally add that i give them a virtual hug for who they are and what goodness from the heart they represent , their food and the daily experience....thankyou guys ...(sincerily miss you guys , the conversations and the absolutely...
