Not appreciated at all. The staff are not conscientious about delivering coffee to the right person, they did not double check the name of the person in association with the product being delivered to the correct person. In addition, the sales assistant literally tried to convince me to put up with, and accept the fact that someone else took my coffee without any offer of compensation.
In fact, I didn’t hear my name being called out once after 20 minutes to a half an hour.
I demanded my purchase to be produced immediately.
To make matters worse, I noticed a lot of Chinese people (identified by spoken Mandarin) being prioritized over other people. Special attention was also given to the Chinese folk by the asian staff. I felt that there was racial exclusion.
Whatever the case, I was not considered properly at all. My coffee tasted like watery milk.
As a result, I got a refund on my zoo ticket, because this experience put me off and waisted my time and money.
I hope management will discipline these people, because they are the cause of why I had my ticket...
