We’ve been here before and this issue has happened more than once but we thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. On this occasion, we made the simple addition of artichokes to our pizza. When we picked it up and drove home, we realised they had made the clear error of using anchovies instead. Quite how a fish was confused with a vegetable is beyond me! My girlfriend is also allergic to seafood so the mistake was very alarming. We called up to ask for it to be fixed, to which they offered to remake the pizza. We also asked for it to be delivered since we’d already driven to and from and believed they should be sending their delivery driver to us to fix their very rookie mistake. The worker on the phone did not want to do this, expecting us to drive 15 mins to and from their restaurant and offered no other means of fixing our order. They were rude and unwilling to compromise. I called to inform them what happened and I got the most laid back response ever and at no point was there an apology, he did say he would prepare another one but I JUST FOUND A FLY IN MY PIZZA!! No mate, I will not have another one. I will definitely not be eating here again. And a note to management, whoever was working there on the 27th March, needs to be trained ASAP.
