Gloria Jean's Hoxton Park Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

Been coming to this Gloria jeans for over a 2 years with my husband almost daily for our coffees, unfortunately due to staff not knowing the reward points policy I wasn’t able to use my Gloria jeans rewards points for 2 coffees like I have in the past many and I repeat MANY times before at this Hoxton park store, and all of the other Gloria jeans stores with no problems, this really frustrated me today. I was told on this occasion by the staff member who served us at the drive thru that they don’t do that and they’re not allowed to, I told her I’ve done this here before many times, she then proceeded to ask another staff member who also gave the same reply, I also mentioned to her that I’ve done this many times asked for the owner, she then informed us he was her dad and he would say the same thing in a really rude standoff attitude. I told her she was incorrect and that you can do it, she then told me I was wrong and that it’s also a Gloria jeans company policy for only one coffee at a time, she wasn’t haven’t it, she didn’t allow it and I was charged for both coffees. I didn’t want to ruin the rest of my day so I let it go. BUT REALLY??? because clearly THERE in black and white on THE GLORIA JEANS website it states you are able to use your points for 2 drinks in a 24hour period. WHICH I repeat once again I have done many times in the past. WHICH I ALREADY KNEW. It wasn’t a good experience here this time around which was quite sad as it made me feel like I won’t be returning back to this store with the attitude we received in...

Inside the aesthetic is great and the sweets look amazing. Not too much seating due to limited space, but it's nice.

I'm sure this place is kickin' for some but in my Experience it's left a bad taste for a mate and I. We came in after I was all hyped up to get a chiller and I'd hyped him up too.

Get to the counter and try to order him just a coffee chiller, like a plain Jane no flavour/sugar coffee Chiller.

The lady suggested the vanilla chiller, to which my friend and I questioned her - we just want coffee, not flavoured. Her and her colleague said its just coffee, scoffed/laughed at us because I have no idea why?

So we ordered it, thinking she understood we wanted it plain coffee.

Anyway, we get it and it's riddled with vanilla (sugar). My mate never ended up drinking it. What a waste.

If I end up coming back, I may end up changing this...

By far the best cafe going around. Coffee is always right and never disappoints ! The staff members are absolutely beautiful their customer service is incredible, Always fast and very welcoming inside and on drive through . The Young girl Emma that takes the orders on the window is one of the best examples of great customer service ! She always has a smile on her face and her approach to her customers is absolutely beautiful. She is honestly an assist to the business. I Highly recommend This Gloria Jeans ! I’ve been to a few in the area and honestly some should just shut their doors because of their dirty stores and poor approach to customer service and coffees .
