The guy working on the morning of 6th September was quite rude and really seemed disinterested in serving customers. There was no greeting and no confirmation of order (I was automatically given a large and no jelly to go in the tea) After purchasing I thought to confirm myself and he said it was already made. Had a royal pearl milk tea and while drinking the first sip noticed there was a long hair inside the cup, so went to the store and asked to replace with new one but what they did was just threw the drink in the sink and said no hair no hair inside and used the same cup to refill the tea.had enough and just walked without the new one they made using the same old hairy cup.
