Food: We ordered a tofu stir fry with a cashew base and a duck stir fry with a chilli basil base. The cashew/tofu stir fry was delicious. The broccoli was undercooked but the sauce makes up for it. The duck itself was disgusting. The plate was mainly duck skin which not only looked horrible but isn’t logical to serve in such a quantity. More than half the duck in the plate was skin (I’m not sure why I didn’t take a better picture but some of it can be seen in the photo attached here). Moreover, the duck was dry, the sauce wasn’t as flavourful as expected. There was nothing that signified chili in the plate and you can barely taste the basil. The waitress accidentally gave us a rice plate at the beginning and by the time she noticed they told us to keep the plate which was nice and suggested a generous environment. It was extremely delicious although I’m not sure what it was exactly as the waitress who served it had left by the time I asked again. Obviously, they have great maintenance of food quality. They were just a little short on the duck plate and it could’ve possibly been a one time thing. While I’d go again if I’m craving Thai, I wouldn’t order a duck based plate nor the chili basil sauce. Service: The girls that worked there are super friendly and sweet. The manager (I’m assuming) was also welcoming and helpful. As mentioned above, the place seems to host a generous and positive environment which is always encouraging for people to visit again. The prices are fair for the portions served though I think they can put a little more effort on their starter menu as $3 on a spring roll is a bit too much if a family were to order a plate. Having a starter plate with 3 spring rolls for $7 for example seems a bit more logical then selling the item alone.

Absolutely Disgraceful – Fraudulent Pricing and Zero Accountability If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We came in at 2:30 PM, ordered our food using the QR code on the table, and selected the lunch deal clearly advertised as active until 3 PM. Before completing the order, a waitress came over and told us we could order directly through her, saying it was “the same thing.” That was a lie. When the bill arrived, it was $50 instead of $35. When I questioned this, Maryam at the counter dismissed my concern, stating that lunch deals ended at 2 PM—despite their own QR code explicitly stating 3 PM. And here’s the kicker: she then admitted the QR code has been outdated for 10 years, and the owner simply “doesn’t want to change it.” Are you kidding me? This is outright fraud. Misleading pricing, deceptive practices, and absolutely no accountability. Not about the $15—this is about principle. Own up to your mistake, fix your system, and refund what was wrongly charged. Attaching the bill and the QR code as proof so others don’t fall for this scam. I’ll be reporting this to Consumer Affairs Australia because places like this should not get away with misleading customers. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Good food, a bit pricier than usual, portions are standard. We ordered beef creamy basil noodles, which tasted and looked just like satay/ peanut sauce, so I'm not sure if they got our order wrong. I also specifically asked before ordering if it was spicy and was told it wasn't, but you can see from the photo little chilli flakes so it was actually mildly spiced. It had very little beef too, only a few pieces. The BBQ Chicken with rice was good though, we enjoyed that, and the nutella puffs were interesting. Service was welcoming and friendly, not very often we see restaurants like these that are nice to families with young kids, but they were very accommodating and had kid friendly cutleries.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lime Kitchen, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience that left me completely impressed! From the moment I entered this charming Thai restaurant, I was enveloped in warm ambiance, attentive service, and an incredible array of flavors that transported me straight to the streets of Thailand.

The first thing that caught my attention was the contemporary yet inviting decor of Lime Kitchen. The sleek and modern design, coupled with traditional Thai elements, created an atmosphere that felt simultaneously trendy and comforting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire visit.

Moving on to the star of the show – the incredible food! Lime Kitchen's menu showcases a plethora of Thai dishes that cater to every palate and preference. Each dish is expertly crafted, using the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques that truly elevate the flavors. Every bite was a burst of authentic Thai goodness – a symphony of flavors dancing perfectly on my taste buds.

The starters were exceptional, particularly the crispy spring rolls and the vibrant mango salad, which balanced sweet, tangy, and spicy notes perfectly. For the main course, the Pad Thai stole the show with its delicate balance of noodles, succulent shrimp, and the unmistakable aroma of Thai herbs. Pairing it with the signature Lime Kitchen cocktail was a heavenly combination, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

What impressed me further was the dedication of the staff to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. Lime Kitchen's menu offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the delightful flavors while feeling completely satisfied.

To top off the remarkable experience, Lime Kitchen's service was exceptional. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and catering to my every need. They demonstrated a genuine passion for making each guest feel special and well taken care of.

In conclusion, Lime Kitchen is a Thai culinary gem that stands out among its peers. With its welcoming atmosphere, outstanding flavors, and impeccable service, it has quickly become my go-to Thai restaurant. Whether you're a Thai food aficionado or a first-timer, Lime Kitchen will undeniably leave a...

We placed a order last night7th of June at 6.05pm,I waited to post this today incase we at least received a apology today and a refund....but no,when our food arrived with user, the brown carry bag which was too heavy because they put everything in one bag including cold drinks....the soup had leaked so when the bag arrived it fell apart and all the containers including drinks exploded onto driveway in front of our house. It was not the fault of user driver it was how it was packed and sealed from Lime Kitchen. I called Lime Kitchen and said our dinner is on the ground....they proceeded to blame user driver,us,and that the bag was not too heavy.....you also never put cold drinks with hot food...just too stingy to use another bag......so $124.60....all gone,no dinner.....the attitude of staff was discusting, never heard from Manager today....after we have been in retail industry over 40 yrs and business owners,I cannot believe how they treat customers like this.....Lime Kitchen your food is not that great to think customers will order from you without a service....You will no longer get our money,we have ordered a number of times but no more.....this can happen to anyone,so beware....they don't care.....our other friends and family will give them a miss too.....last note....don't blame your customers....refund our money and take responsibility for what was your fault in sealing and packageing.

I would like to report that the owner of Lime kitchen has reached out this afternoon as you can see,And has explained that uber drivers take too many orders and are shaken around in car and have caused this before.......I'm glad we actually know what has happened as we are long time customers. I am so glad I have spoken to the owner and have h ad the opportunity to hear his side.

Well this is my update on Lime Kitchen,Nothing happened,Owner Ahmed did nothing, after all the talk and apologies,it was all just that....talk.....they have been very disappoining, will no longer be customers,so I stand by what I wrote.....I wanted to believe they would be true to their word......no great loss.....you don't deserve any more of our...
