The first time I ordered from this place it was pretty good, however the Sweet Goody I ordered today was obviously old, bordering on unsafe to eat. Bread was crumbling, dry, and clearly stale. Lettuce inside was pretty non-existent but what was there wasn’t too appealing. Lastly the chicken was chopped, dry pieces of old schnitzel - not at all like the full, fresh looking (or tasting) schnitzel I received the first time around. To be fair, the staff I have interacted with (an older lady, I think) were absolutely lovely, and my first order was yummy and fresh, but the audacity of charging fresh prices ($20+ for a panini style sandwich) and offering up stale food instead just isn’t good enough.
