Grill'd Burgers - Drummoyne — Restaurant in Sydney

I went to Grill’d on a Friday night and ordered the Baa Baa Burger, drinks, chips and chicken bites. I ended up waiting 50 minutes for my food, which is already frustrating enough but when it finally arrived, my burger patty was completely burned. Not just slightly overcooked, burned. I honestly can’t understand how the staff could see that and still serve it. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the quality. The patty was clearly burnt!!! and yet it was still placed in my burger which makes me feel the staff simply didn’t care!!!!

The chicken bites were no better they were absolutely drenched in oil, to the point where they were completely inedible. Between the long wait, the awful food, and the $60 I spent, this was easily the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. This place is awesome, they made me customer for life, menu log as they usually do screwed up my order left it there for ages. Called up and came in and got it tried to pay they wouldn’t let me they felt really bad, even though wasn’t their fault at all was menulogs fault.
