Food was good, especially the Simply Grill’d and Summer Sunset beef burgers! Grill’d is doing a great job at accommodating dietary requirements, specifically stating any allergens or proteins present in their food, really happy with that! Just note with the low-carb bun, fillings inside tend to fall out a little more than being encased with your original/regular bun. The chips share plate was good too and although zucchini fries were nice, felt overly crumby and fried. We had a slight issue as we didn’t receive our ordered drinks until asking for them, and then incorrect drinks were delivered. Despite this, the atmosphere and music was on point! Great for a Friday night outing with friends.

Seat yourself, friendly staff, good choice of indoor or outdoor. Was able to take the dogs and sit outside. Okay selection of beers. Ordered a Simon Says and a chilli chicken burger. Was able to substitute bacon for cheese which I was happy about. Also ordered a small HFC hot chicken bites serving. Nice chicken and sauce Is Louisiana style hot sauce. Service time was good considering how busy it was and it was fresh. The 3 chip sharing platter is the best to share between 2 people. A bit expensive but worth it. $65 for 2 people and a drink each. I do love how they give back to community with their token system!

We visited Grill'd Leichard with my girlfriend and ordered seperately. My burger was alright, salad was nothing special and untasty. After I finished my burger, my girlfriend wanted me to try her burger and it was not well or overcooked, it was basically burnt, like carbonised on the outer side. I kindly asked the staff, if it is possible to get another burger and he confirmed and took the plate from our table. 5 minutes later, the plate came back, with only a new cookeed patty, and the residues of my girlfriend's previous burger. I would not complain for a burnt burger patty so I did not take a picture but we were shocked after the plate is back, and here is that photo attached. Yellow circled piece is l from the carbonized patty that I tried and left on the plate before sending it back (forget about bringing a new burger, they did not even change the plate). While it may look like it is because of the unexperienced and young staff, I think it is more of a poor management and inadeqaute training provided by management. can't see myself going to another grill'd to waste $60 for carbonised burgers and grass tasting salads.

On the 20th July at 8pm, we arrived at Grill’d Leichhardt to have burgers. After patiently waiting 25 mins for our food, the chips were cold and my partner burger was cold. The lady Rachel who came over to our table with the new chips said ‘ are you the guys who Complained about cold chips’ we found this really rude and embarrassing as the restaurant was packed and we didn’t make a scene we told them the food was cold. We waited almost an hour now for my partners replacement burger to come out. No apology or acknowledgement that we have been in their restaurant for a hour. This is absolutely appalling customer service and I will never come back here again. I have attached the pictures where the chips are full of oil and couldn’t eat it. I was too uncomfortable to ask for an another batch.

Horrible experience. I ordered via ubereats and my meal supposed to be delivered in 20 mins. The staff told the deliver to wait for 5 mins but he waited there for about 50 mins. They definitely have different definition of "5 mins". If you are so busy pls shutdown the delivery service rather than let customers wait for "5 mins". The staff on 20th Oct night shift is so terrible!! Update: expired 50 mins and they missed the Natural Bites * 9. I ordered 5 items how could you miss that? The staff real has some issues with number "5"!!

We have dined at Grilled in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, it appears they have made some changes. I ordered a kids beef burger meal firstly it took too long for the food despite the restaurant being quiet. They also got one of our friends order incorrect. When finally the food did arrive I was shocked at the size of it. It was a small slider and unfortunately the bread was so hard my 5 year old was unable to bite into it. I would never order there again.
