Dear Franchise Owner,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious food safety concern I observed during my recent visit to your restaurant.. During my visit, I witnessed a staff member wearing the same pair of gloves while:

Operating the POS system Handling payment transactions Preparing food orders

This practice represents a significant cross-contamination risk and violates basic food safety protocols. When I requested that the employee change gloves, they appeared reluctant and had to retrieve new gloves from a back room rather than from the food preparation area where they should be readily available.

This incident has raised serious concerns about your overall food safety practices. If basic hygiene protocols like proper glove usage are not being followed in plain view of customers, it makes me question what happens behind kitchen doors. How can customers trust the food preparation process when we witness such fundamental safety violations? Are utensils being properly cleaned? Are work surfaces being cleaned between tasks? Are proper handwashing procedures being followed?

Unfortunately, I won't be re-visiting your establishment. But, please address this issue...

Multiple unpleasant experiences here however tonight I experienced discrimination towards my partner even though the staff were all speaking Spanish and didn’t expect the customers to understand. Me and my partner decided to dine in and after finishing our meal my partner was still hungry and decided to order another item on the menu, while the staff member was taking his order her attitude was unbothered then proceeded to complain about him to her coworkers for ordering again calling him “chuncho”. Will not be supporting a business that treats their customers this way, truely disgusting and beyond immature. Would be a good business if it had better staff that care about the food quality and customers, management needs to improve as nearly every time I come here I always experience poor...

Disgusting and unacceptable. I ordered a veggie bowl from GYG Kogarah and found a piece of meat in it, possibly beef. I’m a strict vegetarian and don’t even eat eggs. This isn’t just a careless mistake, it’s deeply disrespectful.

I felt sick just seeing it. The whole point of ordering vegetarian is to avoid meat, how does something like this even happen?

To make things worse, I submitted a complaint online and got no response. No apology, no explanation, nothing.

I would never eat here again. If you have any dietary restrictions or even basic expectations around food hygiene and respect, avoid this place. They clearly don’t take...
