Quality meat with good price, always fresh and good selections (except for Sunday I've noticed, less selection). Friendly and efficient service considering they need to move the line along quickly.I've been going there for years since accidentally discovered it after work.

I'm a bit shocked when seeing the review score is not as high as it deserves. Curiously went through the reviews and found most of them are about customer service, or the cut they were getting were too fatty ( get a different cut next time, flank is supposed to have quite a bit of fat!). If you need someone to handchop your chicken or chat about your day, maybe pay some extra and go...

After shopping at this butcher for afew years I went in to simply exchange one of the meats out of the $300.00 bill which is a usual for us and the main chinese lady there told us we cant exchange it and not only didnt she exchange it but took the second lot of meat back of the same type also and wouldnt return it! Disgusting service for a simple exchange of another meat . A bad meat purchase on their behalf may happen thats life but the rudeness and unwillingness for this company to do the right thing and not lose a vip customer is their loss. Very bad behaviour experienced by me today. The woman at the shop spoke to me very rudely when I had patiently waited for her to serve other customers and then threatened me that I should make up my mind fast. So I asked her to serve me the goat meat and told her that she was speaking to me rudely and reminded her that I am a customer. She got angry with me and refused to serve me saying that I was rude. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. They do not know how to serve their customers and behave as if they are doing a favour. Worst customer service I...
