CAFE INDRENI — Restaurant in Sydney

Accidentally stumbled upon this cafe yesterday and thought of having a plate of momos. Ended up ordering two more dishes - Veg Thali & Jeri Puri set. It takes a while for food to arrive, which is actually a good sign for a subcontinent based cuisine. Very tasty food, perhaps the best I've had outside of Nepal and still affordable for Aussie standards in 2023. Helpful and cheery staff, clean and simple decore.

There's no rating Less than 1 otherwise I'd be more than happy to do less than 1. They have no decency to call and say the order was cancelled via the uber eats app. I called uber eats and they said the food was on the way but as soon as they hung up the order was cancelled. Looks like the order wasn't even prepared and they were just hanging up people waiting. Really bad communication. I tried to call cafe indreni but they...

Been here twice. Once with a group of 6, among which was a Nepalese. Friends who live around there go more often.

We tried pretty much the whole menu. The taste are authentic and each dish was flavourful and tasty. The tea was also great. Service was excellent and warm. They even played some nice music when we noticed the speakers. Seem and heard of a few chefs changing over time, but the taste has been true...
