Habibi Juice — Restaurant in Sydney

Bought a "Habibi Signature" which was too sugary to drink. Went to get it replaced but the store manager was so rude in his behavior & said "when we walk in for replacement , it brings bad name to his store , other customers would feel something is wrong with juice " - he kept saying it's our fault that we didn't know it will come too sugary - basically they can't take feedback when customers are not happy with their juice.

He could have politely said that they have a "No replacement/refund policy" & we would have walked away with no issue, but his interaction was so unprofessional - he was full of hatred, and I felt he was just short of physically attacking us. We actually went to get a replacement with "No sugar" but after his seeing his behavior, we asked for refund. He gave us the refund but was upset & making bad comments about money to put us down in front of other customers there - he gave a message to other customers that if you come for replacement I will embarrass you in front of everyone.

I have lost 100s of $ a day in poker & roulette machine & never felt as bad even after getting a refund of 16$. He just spoilt my day.

I suggest you guys put up a no REPLACEMENT/REFUND policy, so customers won't come for replacement if they are unhappy with your products.

About Time delay - It was a take away order for a reason - after we bought the juice, we took it to a food joint & couldn't have it - that explain the time delay of under an hour. this small-time delay is not a ground for being rude.

when you say - "So definitely no juice bar would refund it or even consider having a CONVERSATION with you" - By your logic Amazon, Kmart, Costco etc. are people pleaser & they should stop replacing/refunding products after 1 hour of sale & if a customer calls their customer care, they should just shoo away the customers. Brilliant!

An unforgettable family dessert experience – Habibi Juice, Blacktown

We visited Habibi Juice in Blacktown as a family, and it turned out to be the highlight of our week. From the friendly service to the relaxed and welcoming vibe, everything about this place felt right.

We ordered the Dubai Ashtuta, Mango Ashtuta, Strawberry Cup, and some ice cream – and honestly, every item was a standout. The Dubai Ashtuta was rich and indulgent with layers of flavour that worked beautifully together. The Mango Ashtuta was incredibly refreshing, bursting with real mango goodness, and had just the right balance of sweetness and creaminess. The Strawberry Cup was light, fresh, and full of flavour, and the ice cream was smooth, delicious, and generously served.

You can feel the love and care in every bite. The portions were perfect for sharing, and the presentation made it all the more enjoyable. It is clear this is a place that takes pride in both quality and service.

UNREAL!

I saw the owner outside so I went to give him my honest feedback regarding my experience and he said “ WAIT STOP, WRITE AN HONEST REVIEW DONT TELL ME”. So I was like okay beautiful something I love doing!

What an experience, friendly owner with his wife at register, super quick food and unreal flavours. You can see it’s a family business. Best of all they take pride in their work and best quality ingredients, no shortcuts.

The Ashtuta was amazing, not watery like others are. Soooooo generous with the sauce and toppings. Mini Dutch Pancakes, wow so much strawberries and sauce, and lastly the Acai. This was the unbeatable texture I can assure you that. So much sauce and generous amount of granola and fruit.

Me and my wife smashed it all and I went in for more Ashtuta to take to my sisters because they will literally die from how amazing it was. I drove around 35 min and it was worth every dot of petrol.

I can’t wait to come again and again have this amazing experience.
