I came here to order a kids meal ham and cheese pizza for my daughter, upon arrival the girl who was taking orders could not understand English. I explained to her that I wanted a kids meal ham and cheese pizza.
Upon collection I asked where was my drink she raised her voice and started to get argumentative by telling me no you didn’t order this what are you saying .
Her peer than approached and to me that she was sorry and she was new she said to me that I can get any drink that I wanted and that it was okay .
She then went and started to speak with her peer who was making a pizza, when she came back she asked me for my $2.00.
Bottom line I’m taking my business elsewhere despite my daughter loving the pizzas.
Customer service is rude and argumentative
FYI- I was a walk in customer ( not online as it’s false to say I was an online customer) and I asked her multiple times that I wanted a kids meal not a pizza on its own.
Please don’t try to blame it that it’s a customers fault when your first point of communication is listening to a customers need.
If she would have listened this wouldn’t be problem, in saying that I was prepared to pay but she was in the wrong which you should accept .

Read moreThis is not to bag down anything. I used to be a regular since they opened up, but their service is definitely going downhill. I called up at 9pm asking if they can get a pizza ready to pick up at 10:40 knowing that . they close at 11pm, and the lady over the phone ( which english is a pretty bad communication barrier) accepted the request and informed me she will have it ready by then. Finish off work after a long day and drove out an extra half an hour detour from my route home to the place. The time was 10:43 I arrived and I found the lights to be off and the lady was locking the door. I asked I was there to pick up my pizza and she said no were closed and absolutely had no recollection of the pizza I ordered. Not even a apology as she continued closing up the doors ( mind you they close at 11pm). Furious, I just walked next door to Blacktown Express and ordered a pizza and went home. This is not a rant to bag them out, but my previous experience with Uber eats from them; the order either comes out wrong, or takes significantly much longer than what the estimated time was, making the pizza cold by the time it gets to mine. So I went to Madtoppings Blacktown today and ordered loaded fries came back home started eating and all of a sudden this black insect came out of my fries and when I noticed tried to inspect it, It ran away inside the fries. Mate if this is how you sell food than to be honest you don’t deserve to run a food business I wish I can successfully raise this issue to the relevant food department who can take some Action about it. Thanks for ruining my evening now im left with vomiting 🤮

Sorry that was not the case you had only 2 girls working that night and the pizzas and other products were just stacking up outside the oven conveyer belt without any covering that thing was alive and moving so definitely you need to check with your pest control guys. I wonder if there is any check and balance by food safety authorities.
And for your kind information Im not a bug expert nor Im brave enough or have enought time to pick up a bug put it on top of it and take a picture to claim a free 10$ fries lol you better enjoy your bug...
