Hot Grind Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

This little Cafe sprung up relatively recently, and my partner has been urging me to visit for a good while. Today I found out why.

The staff are incredible - helpful, friendly, and talented. I saw our barista expertly juggle three tasks when we ordered, and we were so impressed that we grabbed some baked goods to take home too.

Particularly noteworthy is the coffee - I haven't had such a well-made coffee in a very long time. It missed the harsh bitterness of other cafe's coffee offerings, and instead was an exceptional balance of creamy delicious milk and deep flavour.

I also found that they make these amazing buttery scrambled eggs, which immediately brought me back to my mother's old recipe - perfectly cooked, expertly served.

Finally decided on this place to get breakfast with my friend and was happy with the decision! My friend and I both got steak sandwich and chips which was very good. Despite them being so busy we got our food and drinks within 10 minutes if not a little earlier. There was good amount of inside seating and even if it's busy than there was also outside seating.
