I ordered a app deal from hungryjacks app (This monday morning). When my ordered was placed on app, and payment was deducted from my account, when i approached the till area the staff was unsure about the order cause it wasnt on the screen, and escalted to duty superivisor which was as expected. But when i talk to supervisor she has no idea what she is doing, i explained or the issue and she smiled at me and keep on saying thats she doesnt know about that app as its different, and said this is always an issue so you have to reorder on the till, but the pricing was different, when i asked about her she said she cant do anything as its a app deal. Which i had to pay again more than the price in app deal and she said you will automatically get refunded the online money you paid, like i know everybody is young working in fast food chain but if you are supervisor atleast try to address customer issue correctly with acknowledgement that something has wrong from their side, as it was so hard for her to accept the fact that app and they are the from the same company. Later when i placed the order with her i was waiting as the food the people who ordered after me got their food when approachec again the staff said they missed my order again, i dnt know why they deliberated missed my order or its just such a poor customer handling when u already having an issue. Also i am waiting for my money to come back online which the supervisor said i would like a magic, as there is no fault in app as its said ordered placed with correct order. Amomg the bad customer...
Read moreI've had more than a few experiences at this store where they give my takeaway order missing something.
Today, I was in a rush so I ordered drive thru. Once I get to the window, they tell me to wait in the car park. Its raining heavily, I wait for 5-10 minutes and still no employee. So I walk out in the rain in the store, thats when I run into the employee walking out with my order. Great timing right. Make me wait 20 mins for my meal.
So I drive off with my fam, then realise. I forgot to check the if everything was there. We're missing fries and a drink. Horrid service.
Another time when I had a similar experience and actually walked back in store to get my missing fries, the employee was so rude, asking to check my bag and pretending to be confused. Then when its obvious they made a mistake, they don't even offer to compensate for the inconvenience and wasted time. How are the employees so undertrained they can't even talk politely to the customers after making a mistake, and they shouldn't be making mistakes anyway. Rude, slow,...
Read moreHi I ordered via Uber Eats and have had Issues 2 nights in a row with the "Cheesy Chips" which do not say they include bacon, there are legit separate items on the menu for cheesy chips with bacon included.
Both nights the cheesy chips I ordered came with bacon. On my Second order I even included "No Bacon" in the order comments on my item (even though it shouldn't be necessary in the first place seeing as it DOESNT COME WITH BACON ANYWAY) And it STILL came with bacon on it! I don't eat meat. This is extremely upsetting to happen twice. I tried to call but upon calling it appears to not answer properly and I am just left echoing my own hello's to myself.
All I want is some cheesy chips without bacon sprinkled all over ittttttt. If someone could get back to me that would be greaat thanks!
I have photo's and even still have the chips with bacon on it if you'd like me to personally bring it in seeing as I'm not going to eat...
