Edit: 3 Weeks ago we ordered food through the drive through on a Monday night. There was a male Asian worker and he was very friendly and had great customer service and the food that came out was great. So thank you because the last time I had a bad experience here where the rating was 1, could have given a zero if it was an option.
Second last time: Went in tonight to use a free voucher for the birthday which was a free whopper and in the fine print states can be swapped out to another type of whopper but it seems the workers here don't honour the voucher. Might need to re train all staff as that was listed in the fine print which was shown to the staff. Also missing sauce on the other burger meal ordered and the orange juice had ice when it was ordered it was stated to the employee no ice. Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share our recent experience. My seven-year-old was really looking forward to a kid’s meal after a long and tiring day. He was excited about the apple juice, the toy, and the special kids' box—little things that make it fun for kids.
I placed an order online and went to pick it up, hoping to give him a nice treat. Unfortunately, when we got there, they didn’t have any apple juice, there were no toys left, and they didn’t even serve the meal in the kids’ box. As a parent, it was frustrating to see my child so disappointed when he had been so excited.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other families in the future.

I went to Hungry Jack’s to order a simple slushie, and what should have taken 30 seconds turned into a 20-minute nightmare. I stood there waiting like an idiot, watching staff walk around aimlessly. When I finally tried to ask about my order, one of them literally walked away without saying a word. Rude, incompetent, and completely unacceptable!
How does it take 20 minutes to pour a slushie?! Do they have to fly to the Arctic to harvest the ice themselves? Did they send someone on a quest for the rarest syrup known to mankind? I’ll never know, because apparently, communication isn’t part of their training.
