What the hell is wrong with this place!!?? Does the manager/"management" not give a shit? Last weekend & again just now, I've entered their drivethrough to get told no icecream and no sundaes. What pisses me off even more is you don't find this out untill it's too late!! You have other vehicles up your arse, so can't reverse out!!! You are then left to wait behind other vehicles getting their order. When I finally get to drive out much much later, I see several staff in what appears to be engaged on their phones, as was the teenager with attitude last weekend when they also had "no icecream". Her attitude over the ordering speaker was abysmal. No apology - only silence and when she did speak, it was with a "couldn't give a shit attitude"! How are teens like this even obtaining their jobs with Hungry Jacks Minchinbury? Ever heard of the words customer service?

Do better Hungry Jacks!! If i were a manager of that store, I would have gone in and fired her for her attitude - When I finally got to exit the drive through with no icecream (it's summer still!!) This teen girl at the pay window was observed head down in what could only have been on her phone 🤬😡😠

I came to pick up a delivery and saw my order on the bench however it was not sealed so that usually means they are still packing the order. I waiting more than 10 minutes thinking my order was not ready. I watched the young islander lady with a nose ring who was packing the orders completely ignore me and complain that she needed help with packing orders. She was not busy to need help as she had time to talk to her crew friends, friends who came in as customers and was able to give a customer free food while my order was sitting there getting cold. The manager was also doing nothing, half the crew were just having a chat and not working. I had finally asked another young lady how much longer for my order. She had asked the lady who was packing it if it was ready and she said yes. The lady then sealed my order and apologised for making me wait that long. Disgusting from the manager not keeping an eye out on her staff and disgusting of the young lady who was supposed to be packing the orders for not doing her job properly and...
