iJuice Sugarcane Chullora Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

Really bad customer service from a south asian lady with really bad skin was very rude and dismissive. No hello or apologies for the wait when ive been standing there to begin with. I ordered through ubereats and it came up the wrong location, she would not make my friend there despite the place being the exact same name. She told me to drive to the Cabramatta branch because they would've made it already. So silly me just drove all the way down Hume hwy to the Cabramatta branch which I experienced the total opposite service. They were amazing and apologetic despite me selecting the wrong branch. They were also confused why chullora did not just make my drink because they are running under the same name. Funny fact, they made my drink FRESH when I got there not having it premade already as that south Asian lady said at Chullora! Will never give business to Chullora despite it being closer to me. Will definitely travel to other branches because they seem to cherish their customer service and not make the customer drive 20mins over the same drink. Please retrain your staff member there. I almost never rate 1 star but if any place deserves it, it's this juice bar.

My friend got the pomegranate sugarcane - she was pretty excited because you rarely see fresh pomegranate being used in juice. And yep, it wasn't fresh. We're not sure whether it was frozen, or syrup, but it didn't have the fragrance, was weirdly tart, and way too sweet.

I got the lime sugarcane and had the same experience - the lime was not fresh either. Maybe the pomegranate not fresh I get it, but lime is not a rare commodity. If you want to replicate the taste at home, mix half bottle of $2 Coles lime juice with 50g of sugar in water.

I would have excused the juice for being terrible if it was at least inexpensive. But we bought these two small juice for $18 which at that price was straight up robbery. We couldn't finish and chucked half the "juice" in the bin on the way home.

The young lady this afternoon seemed to not understand English or how to take an order.

There was 3 us we ordered 3 drinks, when I asked why I was over charged she said you ordered 4 drinks.

I said there’s 3 of us and we clearly all picked our drinks, except one of us changed his to a smoothie while he was still deciding of what order he wanted, not an extra drink.

The attitude was appalling and she was frustrated because she had started making the drinks after I realised why I was short changed.

The drinks were disgusting, the ratio of the drinks were to sour and not as we usually get them and chunks of fruit pieces not blended, we will not return here in future.
