Infinity Bakery — Restaurant in Sydney

I’ve heard about this place so many times and decided to finally stop a few times.

The first time I went there I had very high expectations because I had read so much about the different branches on an blog post. I was very disappointed when I tasted the croissants. My friend and I got 6 different pastries to try the range only to discover they all were at least a day old. I was there at around 7:30AM because I had the expectation of a fresh batch. For a day or more old croissants, they were your average and possibly borderline stale with the almond one.

Second time I went towards midday and asked if the croissants were fresh. The person that worked there said yes but from the first bite you can know they weren’t.

In one of the times I went there was a boy and a girl working. Boy was cleaning, girl was on the machine. It got busy and there was a line of like 10 of us and the boy still cleaned and the girl still made coffees. Was a very long time before someone took an order.

I have become acquainted with Lain, Maria & Dan on my morning coffee run, I am always greeted with a friendly smile by these guys & it’s a lovely way to start my day. I’ve been loving their coffee & freshly baked items so when I was tasked with sourcing some catering for a meeting, it really was a no-brainer to approach Infinity Bakery & support a local business. And boy, were these guys impressive! I honestly could not fault one thing. Lain was amazing to deal with, professional, friendly & personable, communication was easy! The food was delicious & complimented by the entire team; from the mini sausage rolls to the Turkish bread sandwich fingers to the scones – all delicious! A big thanks to Lain, Maria & Dan – we will be coming back...

We recently used Infinity Bakery to cater breakfasts and coffees for our two-day WORX+ Concrete Grinding & Polishing Seminar — and they were fantastic! 🙌

The food was fresh and delicious (the bacon & egg rolls and croissants were a massive hit with everyone), and the coffee orders were spot on both mornings. Everything was ready on time for collection, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
