Delicious egg Benedict with milkshakes. Born in Miranda, Australia on 1st October 1992 and growing globally, we’re named after the Jamaica Blue Mountains, widely regarded as home of the best coffee in the world. Whilst an international brand, we are locally owned and operated and thus have a strong love for our local community and giving back. So much so, we have partnered with ALIVE, a social enterprise who provide suicide prevention programs in our local communities that build Resilience, Connection and Wellbeing that young people love. We have great seating options, perfect coffee, seriously good food and refreshing service for any feeling, any occasion and any excuse to escape and refresh with us.

With "BIG BREAKFAST comes BIG VARIETY AND TASTE" Big breakfast - scrambled eggs and bread bit dry. Taking out meat from it leaves the plate with less variety adding additional stuff is little over priced because there is not replacement. Staff finds it hard to understand the instructions. Which is understandable sometimes under pressure. Good breakfast and coffee for a good start is really important to some people just like good profit for business. Menu needs an updated. Adding a vegetarian dish would be great. Beat wishes and best of luck for future.

The store is set up in the centre of the shopping mall. It was surprising that it was actually pretty chillaxing given the hustle and bustle of people shopping all around us. The coffee was great, flavour packed and perfect temperature. The meals we ordered were also good. The coffee is well priced. Meals not cheap but acceptable.

I quite like Jamaica Blue outlets, though they do vary a bit in quality. At the Campbelltown Mall they are consistently quick, clean and very friendly. The staff seem to know each customer and their special preferences and needs...my wife for instance has a food allergy; we explained it to the manager once eight months ago, we have never had to worry... ALL the staff, with the exception of some of the work experience students, had been informed and they advise or adapt the menu items for her. It is more than we would expect at a restaurant, let alone a coffee shop.

I know it is hard to personalise a franchised business with its centralised pricing and menus, but Crystal and her team seem to manage it. Apart from taking a few minutes to chat with customers, addressing regulars by name and remembering their preferences, they provide quick service and surprising little touches - this is the only Jamaica Blue where I have never had to cope with hard butte tearing my bread apart. Instead of hard little pats, they put it in small bowls at a spreadable temperature. One of many small touches that keeps me coming back and has made this the regular meeting place for me and many of my friends and neighbours.

Definitely a cut above other coffee shops in the area, and the best ad JB could have...

What a terrible experience. I came here with my family for a girls day after numerous positive experiences. My Nan ordered her usual, a caramel latte with skim milk and my Aunty got an Oat Milk Latte as she can’t eat dairy at all. The coffees start to arrive and they put the latte in front of my Nan and confirms the order. She didn’t put caramel in and then tried to tell my Nan she didn’t ask for caramel. The second coffee came out and I tried it prior to my Aunty drinking it to ensure there was no dairy milk in it. The second coffee was in fact the caramel skim milk latte. Both my Nan and Aunty took the coffees back and the lady running the register just gave the money back. No apologise for potentially making my Aunty sick and no apologise for the miscommunication in not getting the order they asked for. Will not be...

Was there on 17th August Saturday afternoon around 2:45pm. Got served by a middle aged woman. She asked if I want to redeem my free coffee. I said yes. I could see that she typed in the computer about my request and the system showed 0 dollar to be paid. She then said oh I don’t know why I can’t put it through the system and then she charged me instead claiming that because I ordered the large and it’s hot chocolate so it’s different prices?! I said then change it to small. She said too late already made. No apologies or expression on her face the whole time. Will never go back. I’ve been a loyal customer of the brand and never has had any issues with other branches so far. That experience made me not wanting to go...
