The restaurant is well presented, bright and clean. The staff were professional and friendly.

There were two of us and we had 2 dishes for lunch: spam fried rice, and bibimbap (cool/room temperature). Both meals came out in reasonable time. We dove in so the pics shared here show part-eaten dishes! Both tasty and good portions.

I noticed a group having the pork bone soup/hotpot for lunch so keen to try that next time - it looked pretty good.

Menu prices were average to above average.

Our new favourite for pork bone soup. You know it’s going to be good when you’re surrounded by Koreans and only Koreans. Very friendly staffs too.

The pork bone soup ($23) was probably the best I’ve had so far in Sydney. The broth has a great peppery kick to it but also had great depth and very hearty at the same time. The meat was really tender.

The seafood soft tofu soup ($23) was great too - again the base of the broth was amazing. Generous amounts of seafood.

The banchan/sides are not what you’d expect from other Korean places - what’s served is the humble radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi, and steamed egg. I particularly am a fan of the cabbage kimchi where it’s a little gingery.

Would...

When I first tried to come here they were randomly closed but I am so glad that we decided to try again (on a public holiday even). It looks like from the previous reviews that there has been a new chef and the new chef is a blessing to this place. Their stews are some of the best Korean stews I’ve ever had. They were jam packed with ingredients and you definitely get your moneys worth. The stews were full of flavour and the perfect balance of flavours. Their bossam was also amazing as I prefer a more lean bossam over a fatty bossam and their radish kimchi was 🔥. Definitely my new go-to...
