👩‍🍳 Food - 6/10 🌻 Vibes - 8/10 💵 Cost - 6/10

We purchased the bibimbap (marinated beef and a marinated pork one - both the stone pot option which was $4 more than the non-stone pot one), and also one of the guksu-myun. The food was honestly not the best Korean food out there - it was quite so-so in taste, texture and portion, especially considering the price of being $17-$22.

The vibe of the restaurant was great though. There was a projector playing KPop MVs, the interior had empty soju bottles along with fairy lights - it was a nice, cosy - almost bar light atmosphere.

Servie was topnotch despite being so busy. However there was an issue and backlog in the kitchen so we ended up waiting around 30-40 minutes for our...

Bad customer service. They provide water to korean customers but not others. When we ask for fried rice which is come with the meal they said okay wait and that’s it….. ages not coming. Had to ask for water took the water bottle away but never give us water any more while we need to self serve. Dishes are tiny and overpriced and aren’t worth the value. $43 a hot pot $38 with two half chicken for three of us can’t even fill us a bit at all very small. Half fried chicken portion is the smallest that I have seen the cup chicken next to the station is even better and yummier and larger. Don’t worth it to come anymore. The first time was great but not the second time we had such a...

Lai Lai Pocha is a fantastic addition to Eastwood's Korean food scene. In addition to their amazing selection of fusion food (fusion in the sense the flavour has been adjusted to appeal to a wider audience), the ambiance transports you back to an old Korean diner with vintage-style movie posters lining the walls and relaxing Korean music. Add to that the affordable prices and exceptional service from the staff, especially the owner, and you have a winning combo. Oh, and it opens late - which also makes it a great late night option!

Special shout out to their in house kimchi, it's nothing short of amazing. The kimchi bulgogi jeon and the boneless fried chicken...
