We purchased the bibimbap (marinated beef and a marinated pork one - both the stone pot option which was $4 more than the non-stone pot one), and also one of the guksu-myun. The food was honestly not the best Korean food out there - it was quite so-so in taste, texture and portion, especially considering the price of being $17-$22.
The vibe of the restaurant was great though. There was a projector playing KPop MVs, the interior had empty soju bottles along with fairy lights - it was a nice, cosy - almost bar light atmosphere.

The first time was great but not the second time we had such a...

Add to that the affordable prices and exceptional service from the staff, especially the owner, and you have a winning combo. Oh, and it opens late - which also makes it a great late night option!
Special shout out to their in house kimchi, it's nothing short of amazing. The kimchi bulgogi jeon and the boneless fried chicken...
