I rarely leave reviews this enthusiastic, but this Indian restaurant (our long-time favorite in Sydney!) deserves every bit of praise. We've been loyal dine-in customers for a year now, drawn in by the vibrant atmosphere, attentive service, and, most importantly, the consistently phenomenal quality of the food. Their dishes—from the smoky Tandoori to the rich, perfectly spiced curries—are always fresh and authentically balanced. They simply set the gold standard for Indian dining in the city.
However, their recent catering service proved they are true masters of their craft, and frankly, a total game-changer for event planning.
We recently used them to cater an event for 30 people, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free. From placing the order to the timely delivery (or pickup, depending on your choice), the professionalism was exceptional. The real magic was in the food itself:
Flawless Quality on Scale: The true test of catering is how well the food holds up when prepared in bulk. Everything tasted just as incredible as it does when served hot in the restaurant. The rice was still fluffy, and the curries were rich and fragrant—no traces of oil and not watered down in the slightest.
Generous Portions: The quantity was perfect, ensuring every one of our 30 guests had plenty, with enough for second helpings.
Universal Acclaim: Every single guest raved about the meal. It was the centerpiece of the event, and everyone wanted to know where we ordered from.
If you are looking for an incredible dinner out, or if you need to impress guests at your next big event, look no further. This restaurant handles both sides of the business with unparalleled excellence. They are the definition of a five-star dining experience, whether you're at their table or serving their food at your own. Highly, highly...
Read moreMy husband planned to have dinner at an Indian restaurant on Sunday. We had never tasted the food of this restaurant. He called the restaurant and confirmed the closing timings and asked the table for 2 people and about BYO. We got there in 10 minutes. As we went inside the restaurant my husband asked for our table, the girl who was in the restaurant said that we have closed the dine in and then it was 8.30pm.We're surprised the girl just said sorry, They didn't care that the customer left and there's 1 hour left to close the kitchen... #Not friendly staff #poor communication #Not impressed at all # Bad experience

Read moreRocked up on Christmas night, stinging for a curry. Stinging. Absolutely stinging. Had never tried this joint before, but the slew of Ubereats delivery drivers milling around outside instilled a sense of confidence. Upon entering, I was enveloped in a tidal wave of aromas, awesome in scope. There were 2 gentlemen absolutely cooking up a storm behind the counter, but despite their obvious workload, they were immediately friendly to this weary traveller, and politely and promptly took my order of 1 plain rice, 1 mango chicken curry (medium spice), and 1 plain roti.
15 minutes later and the goods were in my hands, hurriedly being transported to home base where they would be devoured.
Everything hit the spot. Legit, zero complaints. Rice was fresh and fluffy, roti was obviously made fresh and was piping hot with those awesome slightly charred bits, and the centrepiece, the curry, was fragrant and spicy, with a complex depth that only revealed itself upon further consumption.
Would I return?...
