I have been a loyal customer of this cafe for nearly four years, but unfortunately, the level of service has declined significantly. Some staff members, particularly those in charge, have developed an attitude of rudeness and disregard for customer service. This is a local cafe that thrives on the support of the community, and treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable.
Concerns: Serving Cold Food – On multiple occasions, I have received food that was not served at the appropriate temperature. Loyalty Coffee Card Issues – When redeeming a free coffee, the experience often feels uncomfortable, as if customers are being given something out of charity rather than as a well-earned reward. The loyalty program is meant to encourage customer retention, not make patrons feel unwelcome.
Suggestion: • Listen to customer feedback and prioritize quality service. Treating customers with respect and ensuring their requests are met will help maintain the positive reputation of this cafe within the local community.

I was sitting at a table waiting for my order when I overheard a woman who appears to be the manager or owner shouting at young staff member in the middle of the cafe because a customer had walked out without paying and that the bill would be deducted from her wages. What a horrible way to treat your staff and not only that, it is illegal to unlawfully deduct money from an employees wages. Please educate yourselves on the law and don't treat your staff that way especially infront of customers. If you have an issue with customers walking out without paying, make them pay before dinning to avoid this from happening. It is managements responsibility to put these procedures in place. I'm reluctant to post this because it's difficult running a small business and I like to be supportive of local one's. I've observed the shop when driving past and been meaning to try it. It has appeal.
I'll finish with a positive, order was ready super quick and clearly there's great service. The food arrived quickly and was still hot. I'm actually surprised it was that bad seeing as the dine in experience looks lux.
The iced coffee was good strong roast and love that there was plenty of ice in it. Y'all forgot the ice cream scoop tho. 😞
