Our server Giulio was brilliant throughout our entire experience tonight! We were originally booked somewhere else but we didn’t realise they didn’t accept under 18s so we were lucky enough to find this place, who welcomed all of us on a busy Saturday night. We had a table of 20 for 4 birthday celebrants and Giulio effectively took our orders well despite my terrible pronunciation of all the Italian dishes and also all the changes I had to make lat minute😅. We were looked after very well and the food came out and everyone found the dishes absolutely flavoursome and delicious, compliments to the chefs! Despite the longer wait times for some food to come out, Giulio was continuously updating me with the progress and another server, Marie, also kindly apologised for the situation. Their generous communication and exceptional customer service was consistent throughout the night and were very much appreciated by me and my family, which made the dining experience much more pleasing for all.
