recently celebrated my little one's birthday at San Churro Bankstown, and I can't express enough how fantastic the experience was! We had a party of 26, with 13 girls and 13 adults, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a wonderful day.

The star of the show was undoubtedly MJ, who provided us with exceptional service. MJ was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, making sure my family and I felt welcome throughout our visit. She took the time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for the birthday celebration. Managing such a large group could have been daunting, but MJ handled it with grace and enthusiasm, making the day feel extra special for everyone.

Additionally, June’s support was invaluable. He helped coordinate everything seamlessly, June's attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request showcased the fantastic teamwork at San Churro Bankstown.

The menu itself was a dream come true for any dessert lover, and watching the joy on my child's face as they enjoyed the delicious churros was priceless. The entire staff contributed to creating a joyful atmosphere, making it a day we will cherish forever.

Hi there, came into the cafe yesterday and had an unpleasant experience with a not so friendly female member of staff, she seemed to not want to do her job, didn't smile and seemed abrupt every time i spoke to her. Also the cake i ordered, this chocolate fudge cake or something was served to me very cold when i thought it would have been warmed up.

i couldn't eat it so i asked the lady who served me {She had pigtails and a nose ring i believe, i think she was fair or blonde haired as well, sorry that's the best i can do in her physical description} if i could have the cake to take away, she handed me a box {stunned, thinking why would she just hand me a box to put a cake in, I'm gonna get my hands dirty, can't believe she didn't think of that herself, so i had to actually do the work and remind/ask her for something so that i don't get my hands dirty, i initially asked her for some gloves i could see in their kitchen/serving area, she ignored my request and gave me some flimsy wooden cutlery and a tissue}

On my way out i bought a macaroon, i asked for one of the gold ones, she gave me some other one, it was orange. Then i asked her the prices of the mugs she seemed slightly pleasant and helpful and then when i said goodbye, she walked off ignoring me. Her whole demeanor was overall unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable.

Sorry but unless something is done, i won't be visiting again. A paying customer deserves better service than that and i was polite to her all the way, i...

Would highly recommend staying clear of this dessert bar if you have young children. We had a lovely meal inside the club and decided to splurge on some yummy sweets after. Our experience was fine until we were sat beside a pompous stuck up bloke with an open laptop holding meetings with a young girl who looked frightened at 9pm.

As mentioned we had our two young children with us one who has just turned one. He was sitting in the high chair and to be 100% transparent he was tapping his bottle on the table. (Not that you could hear over the noise) We stopped him immediately. We noticed that same men described above tutting and giving us horrible looks to which my husband asked him what his issue was? He replied “I am the owner and I don’t appreciate kids ruining my tables. As mentioned he is one and it was a plastic bottle.(and we took it off him) my husband responded mate he is a baby what can you do( making light of the already awkward situation and he just kept going on and on!!)

After that I was so embarrassed we packed up and left our not even half eaten dessert.

Will never ever return, a word of advise if you are the “owner” some customer relations skills and possibly even some empathy would not go astray. Your business is advertised as a family friendly location however that could not be more far from the...
