W.r.t the taste, I should give 2 star rating as the taste was below average, not very bad. But due to their attitude I just give 1 star. The staff were very rude. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Recently I went to the Restaurant expecting to have a good lunch. My rating for each food we have are -- Pepper chicken 7/10 Let me start with something good. Out of all items, pepper chicken was the only one we liked. It was tasty. -- Butter Naan - 3/10 Taste was below average. There was no butter in the butter Naan. Seems like the very less butter they applied was evaporated before coming the table -- Butter Chicken - 3/10 Its was some sweet, think gravy. Not likable. -- Hyderabadi chicken Biriyani - 2/10 None of our friends liked the biriyani they served. -- Prawn 65 - 2/10. I should give 0. But giving 2 as they used very good prawns to make it. But the making is a complete disaster. It was looking like prawns are painted with red colour paint. It was juicy. It was not looking like prawn 65 from any angle. Mostly they should have mentioned Chilly prawn. It looks and tastes like chilly prawn.
-- Attitude of the persons in the Restaurant 0/10 When we asked them politely why you served chilly prawn when we asked for prawn 65, they got angry in first place. Then they said, "we knew what is prawn 65. you don't need to tell us that. We are using prawn 65 masala, that's why its named prawn 65. we can't do anything if you expect something different". I didn't expect the rude response to the customers. It can't be called prawn 65 just because you used the masala. Even a kid knows when you say '65' It was supposed to be deep fried. Not juicy. I understood there is no point in talking to them anymore. We made a wrong choice in going to the restaurant even after seeing the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there with my partner, been told by waiter (with tonnes of attitude) its going to be 30mins wait. there are two tables awaiting to be cleared (guests departed) but the waiter would rather keep the dirty dishes on the table than clearing it. At-least give a table to the arrived guests and keep them waited for 30 minutes rather than telling them keep standing and waiting until he finds time to clear the table. I think his name is Vamshi (with a gold chain in neck) and he is a big drawback for your restaurant. Please get rid of him ASAP. Looking at his attitude we left the place immediately and hated you guys with all the respect lost. I told all my friends not to go there at all and will give more bad publicity about you guys, as much as I can just because of your waiter. We don't mind if the food is not good, but if your reception and service is pathetic then it will impact the same effect of your food and we will loose the taste in it. The Biryani is the best one, but the one we got is a old one and dried up (another instance). We went up to pay the bill, paid in cash $30, the bill is $25.80 for 2 biryanis. The same waiter gave us $4.00 and not giving the 20 cents change, instead he is looking into our eyes and like "what else do you want". I know 20cents is not a big thing but have some ethics to return the exact change to the customer rather than nicking it off. Leaving a tip behind or not is up-to the customer's satisfaction. Its good to see that you guys are doing some renovations for the inside door, can you guys also please look in to renovating your waiting staff. Shame on you guys...!!! Will never come back and also will never recommend you guys to my friends and colleagues and will never let them to go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate May 2021: Ordered Gobi 65, Egg bonda, Veg biryani and Veg thali. The service, like last time was slow. Gobi 65 was tangy and tasty. Egg bonda was bad. It had no taste and was bland. The nan and dal in Veg thali was VERY good. Paneer butter masala in thali was sweet and wasn't good. Sambar was average. We had a lot of expectation from Veg biryani, but we were very disappointed. 80% was plain basmati rice and only 20% had spices. This, after requesting the waitress to make the biryani spicy. 3/5 for food, 2/5 for service.
March 2021: We went to the party hall there and the hall is good for 18-20 people. Due to heavy rain, the place was leaking here and there resulting in wet floor.
Now, coming to the food, though my friend had asked to make the food medium spicy, it was quite spicy. I love spicy food, so it was fine for me. But others were sweating and had running nose. Gobi 65 and Paneer 65 was good, but was missing mint chutney. Rotis were a bit hard, but the curries were good. Biryani was awesome, and tasted like authentic Hyderabadi biryani.
However, their service is TERRIBLE. They brought the starters, but forgot the the cutlery. When we asked for cutlery, they took a while to get it. By then, the food was cold. They took a lot of time to get rotis. Probably that's the reason for the hardness of rotis. Then, they took a while to get biryani. Well, they have to improve their service to improve their reputation. PERIOD.
Overall, 4/5 for spicy Hyderabadi food and 2/5 for...
