Only this Sharetea at Bass Hill Plaza is my favourite go-to place to get a fruit tea or a milk tea, depending on what I feel like and the kind of day it is. I have been coming to this place for so long, since they have opened, to the extent that the employees recognise me whenever I come, and I recognise them whenever I come too. Itās all great vibes. Thereās also a lovely lady, Iāll try to get her name next time as itās a bummer that I didnāt know her name the entire time we had known each other, who I usually chat with when Sharetea isnāt busy as we both have things in common (we are in the customer service industry) and I also work at the plaza. We chat about work, how busy it has been, etc. and it makes you feel as if Bass Hill Plaza has a close community for employees and customers. We also exchange the āhelloā and āhow are youā greetings to each other especially when Iām not purchasing something from Sharetea and either heading to work or just walking past to get home. Not only does this lady chat with the employees of different shops at the plaza but throughout my lengthy observation of Sharetea, she also has some great relationships with customers whether they are regular or not. I have never seen one customer who had left with upset feelings or a sad look on their place, which is a constant good sign that this lady gives her all to provide excellent quality for her store. In terms of the fruit teas and the milk teas, they are always on point and Iām starting to realise that almost every single drink at this store is nice whether itās what you would like or what you wouldnāt like. With milk teas, I was never a fan of taro, matcha or purple rice in general and I usually got a normal pearl milk tea but due to me trusting Sharetea, I had tried a matcha green tea, a taro milk tea and a purple rice yoghurt. They turned out to be one of my favourites. For fruit teas, usually I get the passionfruit green tea or the peach green tea with toppings like white pearls or aloe vera. Theyāre also amazing. In comparison to places such as Gong Cha (my previous favourite) and Chatime, Sharetea is the best out of all. I wouldnāt cheat on them with any other fruit or milk tea store LOL! Much love and appreciation to the excellent quality of the store including the staff and the pride they take in their making of the drinks. I will continue to come here and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like this little store. Situated just outside the centre I think it's a great spot to be in as it does see foot traffic from both people arriving or leaving the centre.
As for the staff members. I think they're genuinely lovely and always greet customers with a smile. You can sense that whomever runs the store is a long time franchisee owner or has really flourished it team leading skills.
I think as for the tea itself while I am returning customer I don't tend to veer to far away from my normal options but I tend take a sip from other family member's ones to get an idea on what other choices are out there, I can personally say I haven't tasted something I didn't like. As for me if it contains popping pearls I'm...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was enjoying my usual matcha milk tea when I suddenly felt something crunchy in my mouth. At first, I thought it was just undissolved sugar (stupid me) I swallowed it. But then it happened again. Confused, I spit it out, and to my horror, it wasnāt sugar at all. It was a baby cockroach. I didnāt even know what kind of bug it was at first, so I had to search online to confirm. And yes⦠it really was a baby cockroach. I'm traumatised. A damn cockroach ended up in my drink. Never...
